âI reached out to this property a couple days in advance. Because I was going to be arriving quite late, and wanted to make sure that check in at that time of night was alright. I also inquired about a late check out. The property management responded to me within 24 hours and were able to to accommodate me smoothly. Very kind and friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. I did not access this for my own needs, but I saw that there were beautiful grounds outside too- very well taken care of.â
âWe were welcomed warmly by Steve and Joan, plus their pup Lucy. Itâs a very old structure with all the charm and intricacies those bring, but we found it rustic, historical and full of old world charm. The breakfast was exceptional, fruit cup, mango scones, and baked egg and zucchini. A lot of thought and care went into that breakfast, it was not a quick and easy meal to check the breakfast box. We will think of Centennial House first when planning future visits to Western Massachusetts. â
âBeautiful home, nicely decorated, very clean and the grounds were very beautifully lined with gorgeous flowers the back yard had an arbour of grapes some apple and peach trees.
Our host Jason was very nice and accommodating and he cooked us up a great breakfast with some nice conversation.
I would highly recommend the Inn if your looking for a nice quiet place to stayâ
âStaff are always great. Every room I have booked is not worth the amount of money to go into a dirty room. They need to inspect the rooms before booking floor is always dirty the tub and sink are always clogged. â
âTerry was an amazing host. She was so hospitable and made my stay here that much more comfortable. She not only cooks really amazing breakfast but she was so helpful when I wanted to check out the town. Her house is really truly beautiful and the lake is a little walk away from the house. I highly recommend coming here.â
