Great location, but that's it
To begin, the location is by far the best thing about this hotel. Our room was super small! The only thing they could fit in this room was the double bed and nothing more. The bathroom is almost as big as the room. The service was good but you kind of had to ask for it. The hotel is very noisy cause doors, walls and windows are all very poorly sound isolated so bring earplugs!

bra läge
det enda som är bra med detta hotell är läget, rummet vi fick var som en liten bunker utan fönster på bottenplan. Duger för en natt eller två pga tillgängligheten. Otrevligt bemötande i receptionen som påstår att man inte betalat för sin vistelse då vi förskottsbetalat.

A decent hotel at a reasonable price
I stayed here for two nights. I used accumulated rewards points to pay for my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you are on a budget. In addition the location is walking distance to the riverside, restaurants and bars.

Chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur un mur donc aucune lumière du jour ! Demande à changer mais pas possible sauf à payer ! Confort sommaire. Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour pour un autre hébergement. Donc 4 jours de perdus sur le budget. A déconseiller

A good budget option
A good budget option. Your mileages may vary, but I was looking for a budget option close to st. 172, riverside, and rest of the usual (early) nightlife scene. This place is close enough to the action, but still far enough that street noise won't be a problem. The room was ok: nothing specific to write home about but still clean enough etc. All this said, as a smoker, what I really liked was the 4th floor balcony with spectacular views.

Excellent value for money
The staff were terrific and very knowledgeable about attractions. Organised a very reliable tuk tuk driver to take us to the Tamao zoo and the airport. Close to main attractions and restaurants. We'll recommended.

Decent place, good location near museum, river.
We stayed here before and were satisfied so came back when we returned to town. Price was higher this time and they didn't remember us even though we had only been gone 3 days and they requested we return, so had to fill out paperwork again. Were bummed to discover that even though we had reserved a room with double bed, we were given two twins, and told too bad, we don't have any more doubles. Then the bathroom lights were out so we had to ask a staff member to come up and change the bulbs at 8pm. They did change it promptly.

Small rooms, no elevator
There's no elevator so you have to take the stairs and the rooms were pretty small. Less than 20 m2. They had some linen draped above the bed to make it look more fancy, like there's a canopy. The window had a view of the park across the street.

Die Tagestemeraturen in Phnom Penh liegen bei 38° C. und sehr wenig Wind, was meine Aktivitäten stark einschränkte. Für einen Kurztripp immer wieder schön. Werde das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Trip nach PP wieder buchen.

I stayed twice. First room small and cramped. Second room bigger and better. Both clean. Good location for national Museum, Royal Palace, lots of food options. An overall good deal for $15-$17 a night

Older hotel that hasn't been looked after. Very little worked and many things are broken. Shower dripped constantly, tv didn't work, broken flush mechanism. Bathroom light switch broken. Cleaning on only one of my three days, involved tipping rubbish from onto floor and sweeping it out the door. Staff were not helpful, when you could find someone. One man tried fixing shower and tv. Didn't work and left a mess in both areas. Still there when I left. Had to ask for toilet paper, none in room.

Pretty good value
No complaints other than having to ask for clean towels and room cleaning but I think this is more because they value guest privacy and do not wish to wake up late sleeping guests. Will stay here again next time.

Die Lage lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, quasi direkt neben dem Palast und dem Museum. Sehr sauber, Ausstattung durchschnittlich. Wir hatten keinen Kühlschrank wie angekündigt. Smartphones ließen sich nicht mit dem Netzwerk verbinden und Internet eigentlich nur im öffentlichen Sitzbereich. Trinkwasser gibt es scheinbar umsonst, haben wir zu spät geblickt. Klospülung war kaputt, das war nervig.

Phnom Penh - 2014 Xmas
Great stay. Clean hotel, reasonably quiet and safe - felt comfortable leaving my passport and other valuables in room. Amazing location - next to the national museum and royal palace. The door handle to my room was slightly broken when they checked me in, but they fixed it with a new handle within 5 minutes. They're all about supporting you!

An inexpensive hotel with friendly staff
I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Phnom Penh. It's a nice hotel for those on a budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A tragically location in the city centre.
It was the water festival and all the attractions like royal palace, museum were closed. And we had to walk to the bus station as the road were closed for tuk tuk. However, we did enjoy the festival by watching the dragon boat racing and fireworks .

Fairly average hotel for the area
Bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were fine. Room itself was large and clean, but aged. It was rather dark inside, the only window was to a dark hallway. Hotel staff was friendly enough and left us alone. There's some relation with the place two doors down, and the food comes from there. Location was great, only a block from the riverfront, and overlooking the National Museum and Palace. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

Really nice place to meet really nice people!
In the center of phnom penh, near the river, near the market and close to the silver pagoda, the Golden Noura Villa was the perfect spot to be at our visit in Phnom Penh. The friendly staff helped us with everything and we become friends. The rooms were clean, the food is good, the espresso excellent ;) We loved our stay there and will come back for sure :)

Alleen uitgekozen door gunstige ligging (5 minuten lopen van Riverfront en Royal Palace/National Museum) Zeer middelmatig voor prijs. Standard room genomen wat pal achter restaurant ligt met raam aan gang, wat erg lawaaiig was. Weet niet hoe andere (duurdere) kamers zijn? Ontbijt niets bijzonder. Om in deze buurt prettig te zitten, moet je minimaal $50-80 uitgeven. Ik ga zeker niet terug (uberhaupt niet naar Phnom Penh!)

For the price, too expensive. Much better deals.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was put on the first floor. There is a bar at the hotel entrance, about thirty meters from my room. I asked to move to another room on the next day. I was told we are booked solid. For the next four dyas, I could not get to sleep until 1 AM. I think the hotel staff should be more considerate to travelers who are making international flights and book them to the second or third floor where they get get a decent night's sleep. During my stay, no breakfast was provided nor room was cleaned.

Location is fantastic and staff very friendly. Prices reasonalbe. The hotel organised a pick up from the airpotr for me. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that I have been sold a ticket going to Siem Reap by mini-van and was reassured it will take 5 hours. It took almost 6 and half and we went as fast as possible with no accidents on the road etc. At the reception they shoudl know what they are selling.
