We'd like to address your concerns while also acknowledging the extraordinary circumstances:1. It's important to clarify that our booking policy allows a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children per room. On check-in, there were 5 adults to stay. 2 days later, one of the member (father) checked-out, but was replaced by the other 2 adults & 2 children to stay. Meaning, total of 6 adults + 2 children, significantly exceeding our standard occupancy limit. We're regret you still complain even we made every effort to accommodate your group without imposing any additional charges.2. Requiring guests and visitors to provide identification (ID/passport) at the Front Desk is a standard practice in the hospitality industry, primarily for the safety and security of all guests. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.3. Our policy (restriction to outsiders) regarding the use of property facilities, including the swimming pool, is in place to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests. While we understand the desire for family gatherings, it's crucial to consider the impact on other guests' experiences. This policy is intended to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.4. There's 1 more thing you missed to mention. During your stay, you broke a microwave plate. You refused to pay, you bought a new plate to replace even though it was different and low quality. We forced to accept it just to resolve the issue quicker. We are disappointed to still receive the complains from you, while we really think we deserve an appreciation.We value all our guests and strive to meet their needs to the best of our abilities.
