This beautiful property boasts 4 bedrooms including 2 King, 1 Queen & 2 Twin bed with 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a bathtub , jacuzzi and bidet. Just renovated our master bathroom based on customer feedback.It has a beautiful Formal and Family Dining & Living area which gives ample space to this house.

It has beautiful pool with a natural green grass to enjoy you stay in nature. Lots of plants and flowers adds to its beauty.We have pool cleaning done every week by the pool cleaners, and is well maintained . The gazebo and the Gas-Grill gives you a nice dining area in the garden. A fire pit & a propane outdoor patio heater to enjoy the cosy nighttime. The green garden with palm tree surroundings gives a Resort feeling! There is a mini-Fridge too. You can play Corn hole, Badminton, Basketball or just relax to have a peaceful time.

It has a gated RV parking, 2 closed parking in Garage and 3 open parking in front of the Garage.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Coffee maker, Air Fryer, Microwave, Blender, Rice Cooker, Toaster, Panini Grill & plenty of utensils will make your stay easy and comfortable. Water Purifier and Water softener adds to the comfort of the stay.It has a UV sanitizer included as-well so you don't need to worry about sanitizing your stuffs.

Enjoy the AC, TV, WIFI, Fitness Equipment’s, Fireplace (traditional wood / Electrical ) in your stay.

Lots of Book and Games for Kids to engage, they can paint and draw during their stay with all materials provided.

Close proximity to the Golf Course, Very near the Kierland commons, The Promenade some of the coolest place to hang out. Desert Ridge Shopping complex is just a few miles away. Very Near to Public Park and Grocery stores.

NOTE: No Events are allowed.
NOTE: NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either. All children under the age of 16 needs to be supervised in the backyard or water at all the times, no matter what their swimming skills . All guest should not leave any children unattended in the backyard or the property.Pets are also not allowed in the pool.
If you need further safety for kids and pets please do drop us a note to put up the pool fence for safety .We do have a pool fence which is very convenient to add and takeout & a good safety measure. It will be installed as per request
NOTE:Your safety matters. This property features front door bell camera & front camera over garage area, it only record video when motion is detected by the device. There is no camera inside or in the backyard .
NOTE: There are no noise monitors the property but request all members to honor the quiet policy of 6am-10pm.
NOTE: Gardeners & Pool service members may come to property occasionally.
