  • Your Mesa adventure begins at this 3-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find a fantastic space featuring one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for families or groups. The two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for the day, this lovely spot has you covered. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out.
    The complex features 2 large heated sparkling pools with lots of space to lounge around and catch some rays, or soak in the spa under the stars at night. Give yourself a great workout in the nicely equipped fitness center or enjoy a scenic hike in the nearby pristine desert.

    This community is conveniently located near the US-60 and Loop 202 accesses, giving you quick access to Greater Phoenix, and places nearby including the historic Apache Trail, Canyon and Saguaro Lakes, the Salt River, and the Superstition Mountains. If you are in the mood for a more adventurous experience, Mesa Golfland is just minutes away which features a giant water park, arcade, and miniature golf.

    If golf is what you’re after, look no further! There are 5 amazing golf courses including Dobson, Riverview, Augusta, Superstition Springs and Fiesta Lakes golf courses as well as many others in close proximity.

    During the spring, Mesa is the Spring Training home of the Chicago Cubs at the new Cubs Stadium. If you are an avid baseball fan you can travel a short distance to see any of the other Cactus teams such as, The White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Colorado Rockies or several other teams. Arizona also offers Football, Hockey and Basketball to satisfy the sports fanatic in your family. Also early in the year, nearby Scottsdale is home to the PGA's Waste Management Classic and to Barrett Jackson's Classic Car Auction!!

    Within a few hours driving distance, don't miss out on such great Arizona attractions such as Tombstone (home of Wyatt Earp and the gunfight at OK Corral), the majestic Grand Canyon, and several fantastic museums, just to name a few. There is literally something for everyone!

    For those looking for shopping, entertainment and dining out these are conveniently located at the nearby Superstition Springs Mall, San Tan Marketplace, Outlet Malls and at many other local shopping centers in the area. During the winter months, only a 5 minute drive away is the Mesa Market with deals galore on a huge number of items. A short drive to Old Town Scottsdale will open you up to nightlife, fine dining and the famous Fashion Square Mall.

Coyote Landing - Home Away from Home

2105 Coyote landing was by far the best Vrbo we have stayed at over the years. The condo had everything we expexted and then more. The owners are great.

We enjoyed this lovely spacious condo. The unit had everything you needed and more. Great location close to Hwy 60 nd the 202 for getting around the area. Super host.

Nice condo

Very well maintained. Owner very helpful from check in to check out. A lot of amenities close by. Not far from Phoenix and a great central location if your trip includes vista to Tucson and Phoenix. Overall we enjoyed are stay and will rent the condo again next time we travel to the greater Phoenix area.

Great Condo & Location

Stayed 2 weeks for a family holiday gathering visiting the grandparents who live nearby. The condo was super-clean, well stocked, and roomy enough for 5 adults with the 3 bedrooms. Highly recommended1

What an amazing condo

If you're looking for a clean, spacious and relaxed condo (with a great couple of pools) to stay at in Mesa then you will not be disappointed with this one at Coyote Landings. Alan and Eloise were fab hosts with excellent levels of communication along with great tips of things to see and do. We stayed here for 2.5 weeks whilst visiting our Son who is studying over there, and can honestly say it was a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Just like the listing

I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the condition of the condo. The pictures and descriptions were spot on. The condo has everything you need for a vacation or extended stay. It well clean and the decor was beautiful. Me. Alan is very responsive and is quick to provide information. He is a very great host and I would highly recommend people to stay in their condo.

Immaculate, Comfortable, Felt Like Home

This property was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with many things to cook with beyond the basics. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprising amount of space for a condo. Washer/dryer were excellent. Property location was quiet and secluded. Owners were communicative and accommodating. Our month-long stay felt like a home away from home. 5 stars.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with absolutely everything you need. My husband and I enjoyed having our meals at the little table for two on the patio, and the barbecue came in really handy. The owner is so thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions or comments. The unit is really close to the pool and hot tub ... and there is a second pool and hot tub also not far away. There are several restaurants within walking distance and shopping is a short drive away. We would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Refuge

My sisters and I came out to visit and help another sister living in Mesa. The condo was so roomy and clean, filled with extra items for us to use as soon as we arrived. The location was great, plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. We even fit in a trip to Sedona and The Grand Canyon while there. Alan, the host, was amazing and gave us a few pointers that saved us time and money on our trip. He was always available when needed and had a great sense of humor when communicating instructions or details. Loved our time there and looking forward to another visit maybe next year.

Nursing rotation stay

My classmate and I stayed here for 12 weeks for our clinical rotation at Mountain Vista right across the street. Great location! Great host! Very accommodating. Dryer broke during the first week and Alan had a new one installed in a matter of days. Easy entry with keypad. Parking very open. Couch is very comfy, as well as the mattresses. Also appreciated all the kitchen supplies provided. They will make sure your stay is comfortable and will follow-up to make sure everything is going well. Thank you! Would stay again

Smoothe Landing

Our stay at Coyote Landing was wonderful. The owners were terrific communicators, the check in was easy, the condo was appointed with everything one could need. We have rented many VRBO units and this was one of the nicest, cleanest units we have ever stayed in. The complex was very quiet with nice pool and hot tub facilities. We did not use the fitness center so can't comment on that. All kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, and home improvement stores were within 1 mile. The main highways, the 60 and the 202 were within blocks. The complex was very pet friendly with a nice green space for dogs with poop bags and receptacles provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely condo.

Home away from home

We stayed here for a month while waiting for our new build to be complete. This place was very homey and perfect! Our two children were comfortable and had space to play. The home was very clean and the owner Alan was excellent! I would recommend 10/10 staying here and if ever needed I would stay here again!

Simply the best

I have used VRBO before and have not had an experience that compares to this one. We received a thorough welcome email detailing what to expect on our arrival, and a small packet of information about expectations was present when we arrived. There was a couple of hiccups when we got there that were quickly and seamlessly addressed. The pantry and spice cabinet had items left from previous guests available for our use (in most other rentals we've had to start from scratch, which is pricey). The location was great, the amenities superb; the perfect place for our two week stay. We needed a "home base" as we are from IL and the purpose of our stay was to care for a recovering granddaughter (she lives in AZ) after discharge from a lengthy hospital stay. I can say that the property met our needs for a base, and we made it more of a home than what she has had in a consistent two week period. We were all sad to leave. Grateful to Alan and Eloise for their hospitality and understanding.

The property was exactly as described. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating when we had to return to Canada early due to co-vid 19. We would certainly rent from them again!
