The hotels website did not advise about the construction in the hotel. The property was dirty. Curtains in the room where stained, hallway carpet stained and not cleaned, shower curtain did not cover the tub and water was spilling on the floor outside the tub. The elevator was run down. Breakfast Food was terrible. My entire stay was a disappointing and not expected the poor conditions of the property.

Property was still going under renovations. If you needed a place for the night due to the airport, it's fine. Not bad but not great. Would not stay for more than one night for business.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! When we stayed, they were remodeling, so the pool & hot tub were closed, and we were woken up to the roof being scraped off at 6:30 am. It was SO loud!

Everyone was very friendly it’s a nice hotel to Uber to local bars. It’s a good stay it’s a little old but still nice to stay and very clean. I would stay here again

Major renovations to include replacing entire roof spray painting exterior roll offs throughout parking lot and several large cherry pickers. I don’t feel they should be open during this type of work. Had I been warned this type of work was going on I never would have booked the room.

The hallway floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks! No security at the side doors of the hotel. Anybody could get in. The rooms were very clean though. The hotel seems to be under renovations.

Clearly a property that was something else first and renamed Country Inn. It’s in the midst of a remodel, which it desperately needs. Breakfast was good but nothing special. I booked this place because it had a pool (Phoenix temps!) but of course it was closed all week without looking like it was being worked on. If still looking, request a room on the backside of the hotel! Cars, motorcycles, and trucks think the road in front of the building is a race track and rev their engines all day through the walls.

I booked this hotel in part because it had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle isn’t 24/7 and wasn’t available to catch an early morning flight, so I had to pay for a ride.

Yes our shuttle only runs from 5am to 11pm.

My sheets were dirty and had grease stains on them. Im getting charged $250 and i didn't smoke in the room but they are accusing me of it. Im pissed and want a refund!!!!

I apologize you did not have a good experience, we had 3 different people confirm that the room smelled of smoke and at check it we have all guests agree to not smoke since it is a nonsmoking hotel.

Pool was out of commission which sucked for as hot as it was. Under construction so the place was less than ideal for family. Breakfast was decent. Tile floors in room made our feet black they were so dirty.

We apologize we are in the middle of remodeling, and the pool was not foreseen we had to fix a leak and that is why it is closed. We apologize about the room we will check that out. We always get the carpets cleaned.

I stayed here for two nights. The whole hotel is apparently under renovation but we never actually saw anyone working. All of the numbers were taped on the doors with masking tape which was very odd. On the first night we arrived & stayed our fire alarm beeped all night long. The room and hallway reeked of weed which really didn’t bother us but we know may bother others. In the morning we looked around the room to realize there was blood on the curtains. This was extremely gross but my friends & I are broke college students so we really had no other option because we wanted to stay near the airport after the NCAA championship game. The location is not walkable to anywhere. We had to uber to ASU to get food or have anything to do. The uber was ($10-20) each way. The pool is currently shut down which was extremely disappointing because that was really our only plan for the two days we stayed there. We were given no information of when it would be open again when we asked. I would not suggest this stay to anyone! (4/10/2024)
