Security Deposit or Damage Protection Requirement

A required protection option must be selected after booking through our Guest App:

✔ $450 refundable security deposit

OR

✔ $45 non-refundable Damage Protection Program

This requirement applies to all reservations and is processed separately from the booking platform.

The Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450.

Please note that smoke remediation cleaning, lost parking tags, garage openers, key fobs, or similar access devices are not covered and are subject to a replacement fee of $200 per item.



Guest Verification Requirement

To comply with legal, ownership, and property security requirements, guests may be asked to:

✔ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

✔ Confirm contact information

✔ Complete identity verification

✔ Undergo a criminal background screening when required

All guests must complete a rental usage agreement before check-in.

Verification information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour.

Reservations that fail to meet verification requirements may be canceled, and check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



Building Amenity Notice

All community amenities are operated and maintained by building management and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather, safety concerns, or management decisions.

This may include pools, fitness centers, elevators, common spaces, and other shared facilities.

While we are happy to report concerns on your behalf, availability and repair timelines remain outside our control.

By booking, guests acknowledge that temporary amenity interruptions do not qualify for host liability.



Maintenance Access Disclosure

Occasionally, authorized maintenance personnel may require access to the unit to complete necessary repairs or building-related work.

Because maintenance scheduling is coordinated by third parties, advance notice may not always be possible.

Refusing required access may result in a $100 rescheduling charge.

All homes are furnished to maintain a consistent quality standard; however, individual units may vary slightly in décor, furniture arrangement, floorplan configuration, and dimensions from photos shown in the listing.
