Fully furnished 2bedroom/1 bath pet friendly apartment is walking distance to Downtown Gilbert, Hale Theater, the iconic Gilbert Water Tower! With full kitchen, king bed, in unit washer and dryer, this apartment has it all!

We charge a cleaning fee, but don't expect our guests to do any chores! When you're ready to checkout, simply walk out and leave the rest to us!

Bedroom 1: King bed, fan, full closet w/ hangers

Bedroom 2: Full Bed, fan, full closet w/ hangers + work station with office chair, lamp, 4 ft desk

Bathroom: Shower/tub combo - towels for 4 people + hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, etc

Kitchen: dishes for 6 people, pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, oven, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, spice rack , coffee grounds, tea bags, and creamer.

Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer - soap and dyer sheets provided

Outside: Front yard with small grass area with chairs

Living Room: 50 inch smart tv + couch w/ pull out bed (full-size mattress)

The front door is enable with smart lock and key pad for easy, contactless check-in and checkout. In addition we have spare keys on site so there is never a lock out!

We offer a 2-hour early check-in and 2 hours late check-out can be requested for a separate $25 fee for either time window - any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can accommodate.

Their is a dedicated parking space for unit in the rear of the building. Most guests park on the street since it's closest to the door and rarely occupied.

For the guest's safety the apartment’s front door is under video surveillance (the camera is only external for guest privacy)

There is a train track with in 2 miles of the property that does run once or twice a day

The TV is smart - meaning you can log into any accounts you have, but it doesn't have cable
