The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, located just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, TopGolf, Ak-Chin Pavilion, and the lively Westgate Entertainment District. The open-concept main living area features a large sectional with a built-in chaise, a smart TV above the hearth. A wine fridge in the corner adds a touch of luxury, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

The kitchen, fully open to the living space, includes stainless steel appliances such as a French-door refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Small appliances like a single-serve coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and blender are also available, along with cookware and dinnerware. Dine indoors at the table for four or at the breakfast bar—or enjoy meals outside on the patio.

A full-size washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in a dedicated nook, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Step outside through sliding glass doors to a covered patio featuring a grill, outdoor dining table, and cushioned lounge seating. The backyard is a private retreat with a sparkling swimming pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, and artificial turf for outdoor games. It’s the perfect space for soaking up the Arizona sun.

The fun continues indoors with a fully converted garage game room. This space includes a bar with seating for four, a wall-mounted 65" TV, a convertible pool/ping pong table, shuffleboard, and a poker table—all kept cool with a dedicated AC unit.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, TV, direct access to the backyard, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, closet, and extra fan. The third bedroom includes two full-size beds, a closet, and a large TV. A second full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and modern vanity.

A bonus office space provides a wide desk with seating for two, a computer, and a printer—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

Hotel-grade linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site after every stay. You'll also have off-street parking for multiple vehicles across two driveways, plus RV parking (no hookups) on the side of the home.

Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

This home is just a 7-minute drive to the famous Glendale Sports and Entertainment District, where you’ll find State Farm Stadium, home of the NFL Cardinals, plus the Gila River Arena where you can attend NHL hockey games and concerts.

This area is also bustling with shopping options including the Tanger Outlets, plus a wide array of restaurants and sports bars.

There’s something for everyone here, including a multiplex movie theater, the Renaissance Spa, Desert Mirage Golf Course and Practice Center, Dave & Buster’s arcade restaurant, and the Desert Diamond Casino.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. The Phoenix area is a large area and walking is not always recommended. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:

NO SMOKING inside. This includes Arizona's newest cash crop.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood-burning fireplace is off-limits.
*The pool vacuum must be kept in at ALL TIMES for hygiene and safety. Removal may result in rashing or pool equipment breaking.
*Pool care arrives unannounced between 10 AM-4 PM on Tues-Wednesday. Please allow them to care for the pool.


POOL HEATING REQUESTS: A Pool Heating Fee of $50 per night will be applied to your reservation if you request pool heating.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are cool in the wintertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Tower fans are provided.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, or injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Reminders About the Property
-No Lifeguard On Duty. Guests assume all liability for pool use. The pool is not fenced in - Double Latched doors.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance like a hotel but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
