Some friends and I stayed at this property a couple years ago for a friends birthday and it was even better than I remembered! So many great activities and thank you for providing the sports toys to use! Everyone was very happy with the rooms and there was plenty of space for people to truly enjoy and relax.

It was different from when you were last here. We remodeled all the bathrooms and some of the bedrooms. Quite a bit is new and improved yet still has that old southwest style. We are glad to hear you liked our changes.

Overall, we loved our stay in Scottsdale. The house was gorgeous. Perfect layout for a large group like ours. It was incredibly spacious and very clean inside. However, the pool and hot tub were not clean, and both were cold. Property Management came to check on everything after we sent them photos, but the issues persisted. We had problems with heating, and the hot tub draining out the whole weekend. Their team sited a glitch. We were able to spend only one afternoon using the pool / hot tub, which left a majority of our 13 guest really upset and wanting refunds back for the fees paid to have access to those amenities.

Great House & Stay
The house is amazing and was very clean upon arrival. The house is in a neighborhood so activities should be moved inside after 10pm (the lights on the tennis court closest to the neighbors house don't turn on (understandable because of light pollution into the neighbors house). The property staff was able to help with a few things during and after our stay. Make sure to bring your own tennis balls & rackets, pickleball paddles and an air pump for the basketballs (the property management said they would handle this for future guests after our stay so I'd suggest to reach out to them and ask about what they have in terms of sporting equipment). Overall, had a great experience!

Amazing Home
Everybody had a blast at this home. It was spacious so nearly all 18 of us had their own bed. The AC was not working in a couple rooms but management addressed it immediately.

Great home in a good location. Plenty of room. Nice bathrooms for all. For business travelers I would be aware that there is no closet space in a handful of rooms. Also short a few cooking pans and baking sheets. Other than that we all enjoyed it. Great place.

Perfect property for athletic group
We had 10 35-40 year old men here and it was perfect. 10 beds. 7 people have their own room, 3 share. Pool, waterslide, basketball, tennis, putting green, ping pong table, cornhole, bocce, pool table. Plenty of places to hang. Reasonable distance to golf, airport, Scottsdale bars. Joseph was responsive over text and helped us get a few things fixed/replaced quickly.

Stellar property and great service

Family Thanksgiving
We thought the property was perfect for what we wanted to do. Lots of pickle ball and watching football games. Some issues but they were handled in a timely matter. For the amount of people they can sleep there’s not enough chairs. Only 5 for the kitchen table and not enough seating in the family room. We moved chairs into the space so we could all sit. I thought it was a little surprising that they charge $100 per piece of furniture you move but don’t provide enough seating. We weren’t happy about that. Also the house needs a little TLC. Ripped doormat at the front door, ripped furniture, and the front entrance is not to impressive. It looks like there maybe a fire pit or something and there’s a weak fountain on one side. I think someone could take some time and upgrade these things.

Family Getaway
We had a last minute cancellation the day we were supposed to check in elsewhere. This property was extremely accommodating to get us in and it was a spectacular house for both kids and adults alike. Questions and issues that we had were responded to very promptly. The pool was warm, the tennis court was fun with balls to play all kinds of games, and the living areas were comfortable however the mattresses could use updating. We would not hesitate to book again.

Casa Rica was a great time!
The facilities were all lovely and the staff was so helpful. Leading up to our trip Mike was helpful with ideas on what to do with my group. While visiting there was a facilities manager who answered all questions for us. The pool was great, the tennis courts were great, and it was nice to escape the heat in the movie theater.

Great Location, Beautiful Home, Fun Memories!
We stayed here for 40th Birthday Celebration with a group of friends. Casa Palacio is a beautiful home with great areas for entertainment and fun for everyone. Joe met us at arrival and gave us a tour of the house and showed us how to use some of the electronics. The pool/water slide were a blast and the half court basketball made for some fun 2 on 2 games (although is 100+ weather). The master bedroom is amazing but a little too much. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely look to stay here again when visiting Scottsdale.

Beautiful Casa with everything you need!!
The house was a mansion and was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious open floor concept with two wings for bedrooms and a game room. We stayed there with 12 guys for a bachelor party and easily could have fit 16 comfortably with plenty of beds and space. Beautiful Viking appliances with a huge kitchen island. The master bedroom had a sensational en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower. The kitchen doors opened up to a perfect poolside indoor/outdoor living space with plenty of chairs and a ping pong table. The pool and spa is the perfect size and the waterfall and slide add a nice touch. Heating and lights were controlled with an easy to use iPad. The backyard had all the lawn games you could ask for (corn hole, bocce, spike ball) and the the back yard table with TV was a perfect spot to hang out and escape the sun. The putting greens were also a lot of fun. We spent the majority of our time on the basketball and tennis court. House provided rackets and balls. 10/10 for all sports lovers, pretty self explanatory. The Parsons Property Manager (now owner) was extremely helpful throughout the stay and provided us great hospitality. Joseph was our point of contact and he was very responsive and assisted all our needs. He even replaced the main living room TV in the middle of our stay because the old one stopped working! He really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The only small con is the distance from Old Town. If you are here to go out and hit the bar scene you will need plenty of Ubers. Cars typically took about 15-20min to arrive so give yourself enough time. The ride itself is about 20min so not terrible. It is manageable but you will need to be strategic about your trips into town. Overall would highly recommend this property!! It is the perfect bachelor pad.

Amazing house in an incredible neighborhood!
This house is first class all the way! I was nervous booking as I was bringing business associates, but we had the perfect time! Rooms looked great, kitchen was fantastic, but honestly, who stays inside with a backyard like this? We used the tennis / basketball court every day. The pool with waterfall was amazing. They have mini golf, cornhole, bacci... you cant get bored at this place. The neighborhood is very upscale with pro basketball and baseball players living there. We took a walk every day to look at the other gorgeous houses too. Very safe. Highly recommended!

Family vacation week
We had a wonderful week. House is beautiful. Only issues were the outdoor chairs that were falling apart, and the living room furniture with the peeling vinyl. We had to put blankets over the sofa and chairs in order to use them. The living room furniture should be replaced. The chairs outside just need to be fixed. Everything else was great.

We had a GREAT four days. House is beautiful in great part of town with plenty of activities and restaurants. We had two small issues but management was the most responsive I have ever seen and resolved right away. House is well stocked with soap , laundry detergent, paper towels, etc...would highly recommend to other families. Thanks again for a WONDERFUL four days!!!

Family getaway
We rented this property for a large family getaway. Overall the house was fine - the amenities and location worked for our group. A few small complaints: Once we booked the house I received an email that the rental company offered a variety of concierge services. I responded asking for a private chef to host a birthday event for one of the days we were there (one of the services offered)...unfortunately I did not receive any response to my inquiry email. Not sure why you would promote a service that you do not follow through with? Also upon check-in the pool was absolutely filthy and we were unable to utilize the iPad to control the outdoor lights, outdoor speakers and run the pool filter or heat the hot tub. It took a complete 24 hours to fix the situation (thank you to William who did his best to get the job done). Also there were extremely limited quantities of hand soap and toilet paper throughout. With a house that is able to sleep at least 12. I would think it would be appropriate to have it well stocked with these items. Finally there is a horse stable directly behind the tennis court. Although the horses were cute...the smell from the stables when the wind turned was less than delightful.

Incredible Home
This property was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly as shown in the pictures with plenty of room for our group of 20. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at the house, and there was an endless supply of activities in the expansive backyard. The property is also pretty conveniently located on the East side of Scottsdale and nothing was more than a short ride away. I would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Amazing 4th of July
This place exceeds all expectations. From the moment we were in contact with the owners, we felt right at home. I was amazed how well the property was laid out and our family of eight had more than enough room. The amenities, the amenities, the amenities!! We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, but none have had so many things to do on sight. We could have stayed at the house all week and never run out of things to do. There is the waterfall pool, the tennis court, basketball goal, badminton court, putt putt, movie theater, etc. It was difficult to get our boys to leave the house for our “tourist” type activities. The owners were available for any issues (which there were NONE). The house was immaculate and this was one of the best properties we have ever visited. We will definitely seek this property out next time we come back to Phoenix.

Great property and even better owners
We recently wrapped up a week at this property and were pretty blown away. The pics are great but there is no way to capture all the qualities of the home. Full of amenities that don't make the list. Not sure where to start. In addition to what you see there is: - Theater: Fully stocked with a ton of movies - Game Room: Pool table, Card table with 20 decks of cards (not exaggerating) and even an electronic shuffler, Galaga arcade game, karaoke, disco lights. Just kept finding more and more. - Bedrooms: The sheets in the master bedroom were so great that we researched and bought the same sheets. Wish I was joking. - Ginormous Backyard: Go to the house before you buy anything to use- because they have stocked it all. I can't list it all so use your imagination and it is there. Obviously we are a fan of the property but Anthony and Cecelia topped it all off. At the end of the day they consistently exceeded expectations with their communication and thoughtful approach. Jumping into a fully loaded house like this one can be complex as you get used to running everything. They've labeled every thing for ease (sometimes multiple times). This place is the right choice and we will visit again.

Amazing retreat for family gathering of multiple generations
This was an amazing VRBO selection if I do say so myself (since I was the researcher and entire selection committee). We took our family of 6 adult children, 2 wives and one grandchild, age 8 months, and the approval and enjoyment of the property was unanimous. There is an incredible abundance of activities on the property. We are tennis players, and the lighted courts were beautiful. It was chilly when we were there, but we thoroughly enjoyed the large hot tub. Our group included 5 sons in their 20’s who absolutely loved the theater room for watching the Clemson and Colts games. There is a crazy selection of movies in there also. The game room is loads of fun too with the poker and pool tables. The house itself....gorgeous and very, very spacious so you never feel like you are on top of each other. Also, it was immaculately clean upon our arrival, and everything we intended to use included detailed instructions. We were unable to light the outdoor heaters at first, and the owners came over promptly to help us. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how heavenly the master suite was. The bed was so comfy, and the sheets were so remarkable my husband even commented on them later. The home is well stocked also-loads of towels, paper products, spices, etc. My only potential disappointment here is that I don’t think we will ever be able to match this VRBO in any other location!

Venue for 70th BD. 14 people with children 4-23 years old. Golf, tennis, swimming, basketball, badminton, Xbox and WIi Kitchen was spacious rooms well supplied. Great pool hot tub and water slide. It rained (yes in AZ) and the patio allowed outdoor activities. Terrific theater with good movie selection. Very accommodating and responsive ownerrs. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay there!!!

I confirmed with Cecilia and Anthony in advance that sports equipment was on-site and they even went out and has some brand new equipment available for us when we arrived. The inside was spotless and well maintained with everything we needed with an added bonus of some drinks already stocked in the various fridges in the house. The owners also made the check-in/out process seamless and were very responsive in communicating both before and during a trip. The location is great and a close ride to many fun areas including amazing golf courses, talking stick casino, old town Scottsdale and Camelback mountain. I would definitely book this place again in the future and would recommend for those looking to stay in Scottsdale.

Absolutely top notch!
We took a guy's trip and this property was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was absolutely perfect. The owners were easy to reach and communicated well with us. And they have thought of everything. We never found ourselves in need of anything. I've stayed in some significantly more expensive VRBO's from Napa, CA to Naples, FL and this property was heads and tails above them all. Highly recommend staying here. Phenomenal Bachelor Party (15ppl) House was the Highlight of the Trip!
I stayed here with 15 people aged 28-35. This was paradise- a playground for us. We arrived on a Thursday and stayed through Sunday. The group was constantly playing tennis, basketball, chip-n-put, volleyball, etc. We used the movie theater to keep tabs on a major golf tournament. There was plenty of room in the refrigerators/freezers for all the beer/drinks/food we wanted to feed 15 of us. Very close to grocery store, starbucks, etc (less than 1.5 miles). The master bath was incredible. Outdoor speaker system was excellent. We took Ubers to Old Town Scottsdale and Talking stick on different nights (~$20 depending on the surge). It was very easy to check in/check out and we never personally interacted with the owners/managers. However, I asked a couple questions via text throughout the weekend and they responded in less than 30min. This completely made our weekend- wouldn't have been the same without the house. Weather: It was 110deg during the day over the weekend- we went in Mid-July. The house stayed cool, the pool was relaxing. No complaints on the heat-totally tolerable(we're all from the Northeast where it's 90deg and 90% humidity). There's plenty of shade by the pool. There's even a Florida shelf with an umbrella stand so you can be in the shade in the pool. Recommendations: -Go to the house before stocking up on groceries- there's plenty of plastic/paper plates/utensils, spices, oil, etc from previous renters so it'll save you some money being extra redundant. We didn't use any of the plastic/paper we bought and left it all for the next renters. -No need to bring any sort of recreation- the house is loaded with any activities you'd need. -Rent this house.
