Country Living and close to Downtown Phoenix, Shopping, Restaurants, Sky Harbor Airport and packed with all the home amenities needed to have a quaint and comfortable business or family stay in South Phoenix. Nestled on over an Acre lot this Casita has Access to Pool, Private backyard, Grill and outdoor games. Pets are welcomed. Please note the the hot tub doesn’t work and we do not provide propane for the bbq grill or the fire pit table, we do provide the tank so you can exchange the tank to use.

Oasis on south mountain

This property was just as advertised and truly was a little Oasis in the desert. The pool was clean and so refreshing. Very green backyard with tall trees and so many birds! Me and my dogs loved staying here and would highly recommend this listing to anyone.

Cozy casita in Phoenix

Great place to stay in Phoenix. Tomasa was an extremely friendly host and communication with her was easy and prompt. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of trees and shade around the property. LOVED eating outside in the early morning and late evenings listening to the birds. Of note, the hot tub does not work and there is no dishwasher if that is important. Thanks for the great visit!

Phoenix Casita

Host who lives in a separate home onsite was friendly and helpful. TV's in every room was an unexpected bonus. Place could use "sprucing up" by painting cupboards, deep cleaning and new caulking around the toilet in the bathroom, Outlet by the stove was loose and not fastened to a box or the wall. Pool was great with ample chairs/lounges.Unit was well provisioned with a great gas stove and fridge with water and ice dispenser.With a couple of minor cosmetic "fixes" this little house would be excellent. Enjoyed my stay and would use it again.

Wonderful caring owner and great stay!

What a great experience staying at this lovely property. We had several work functions during our stay and the owner found a dog sitter for us that made it all work. Property was clean, and all needs met. THANKS!

The good: price, privacy, roomy, pool, full size appliances, well stocked kitchen, clean.The bad: pictures are not accurate, location, flies are horrid, gas/propane are not provided, hot tub is NOT heated, pool has a sun cover and its sooooo cold!

Adequate stay with some issues

I communicated very little with the property manager but that is not a negative. She gave clear instructions for the house. This was an anniversary stay. Location was more run down than in the pictures and the bathroom was smaller than expected with only one outlet on opposite side of the small vanity. Location was not in the best part of town but we felt safe. A neighboring peacock could be heard during the night. Did not use the pool or the fire pit. This could be a great place for a small family as it is fenced and have some kid outside toys. Had issues with the water and ice dispenser from the fridge. Did not use other appliances. Saw pool towels were available. Fairly easy to get to. Think there is room for improvement but overall a decent stay.

Good and private but missing amenities

We had to be in Phoenix for our honeymoon and tried to make the best of it by renting this place thinking we would have our privacy, a pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. Not only had either of them been cleaned for some time but the Jacuzzi didn't work at all.
