Our stay at Hilton was a beautiful experience. It was so conveniently located that made it so easy to explore old town Scottsdale. The hotel was clean, good amenities. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Convenient hotel that is within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale. The complimentary bottled water was awesome. Highly recommend if you want to experience Old Town!

Cons: Why doesn’t this place have central air? A/C rattled all night. Bed hard. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had, bacon, eggs everything cold. Pros: Great location if you want to be in Old Town. Nice employees. Clean!!

A six night stay at the cost of 3k was definitely not worth it for this hotel. Gone are the days of quality customer service. “Refreshing” is the new term for doing almost nothing in our room. It is a minimal every other day service. Our room was never really cleaned or vacuumed. Meanwhile it is up to us to ask the front desk for more coffee pods, cream, sugar etc. because they are too cheap to put more than 2 coffee pods for 2 days. That equates to 1/2 cup of coffee per day for 2 people. Come on, if you are providing crappy room service then at least put 4-6 coffee pods in the room! And an additional $10 each day for a sub par “continental breakfast” should be included in a $500 per night hotel charge. What a rip off! Many other service omissions included empty shampoo and lotion pumps. We will not stay there again.

Put us in a room that faces the Main Street noisy then went to go to dinner downstairs. Very poor service.

Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale was ok. Positives: Great location Free bottled water Negatives: Very loud (inside and outside) Housekeeping kept the jacket and shirt that we accidentally left in the closet. They claimed they found nothing after we checked out. Since we know they were left in th closet, we know housekeeping chose to keep them. My suggestion if you choose to book this hotel, check the room VERY carefully when you check out. If you leave something there, you will NEVER see it again.

Great property, great location near old Downtown Scottsdale. The outside area with fire pits was wonderful. My only complaint is the slowness and lack of elevators to guest rooms

Super convenient underground parking (extra cost). Room was cleaner and fresher than any of the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at. Most the rooms are along E Indian School Rd which is a pretty active street, so just keep that in mind if road noise bothers you.

Great location in Old Town, but Phoenix area hotels are pretty pricey and do ask for a room away from the main blvd here. A bit noisy.

The only thing I liked about it was the convenience. I travelled here for the Parade so it was walking distance to my meeting point. The hotel itself was not great, for the price I paid I was expecting so much more. No breakfast included, you have to pay EXTRA $22 for parking, we stayed in the second floor and there was SO MUCH NOISE coming in from the outside, people talking, cars, ambulance, I WAS NOT ABLE TO REST AT ALL. The beds were so small and uncomfortable. The hotel itself its beautiful and clean but why does it matter if I cant even do what I needed which is rest for the night. Netheless to say, I will not be staying at The Hilton again! Overpriced and it is not worth the price. I dont mind paying if I get the amenities that come with the price, but Hilton dissapointed.

Dear Esther, Thank you very much for staying with us while you were in Old Town Scottsdale for the Parada Del Sol on Saturday during peak season. Our apologies that you did not know the Hilton Garden Inn brand does not have a free breakfast like a Hampton Inn. Hilton Garden Inns do have a delicious hot, cooked to order breakfast so everything is fresh. You are correct, we, along with most hotels in downtown Scottsdale, charge for nightly parking. Overall it was a nice time! The AC didn’t work very well and our lotions and shampoo were not topped up the full trip. Other than that it was nice!

The on site chef for breakfast was awesome. Freshly made omelettes vs clumpy scrambled eggs. Also the complimentary water was great as I’m always scrambling to find some. Will book again
