Hi Gerald. We appreciate the constructive feedback, albeit a bit surprised by the comments on decor and appliances. This is the first time receiving these types of comments. We do have it already arranged for powerwashing to the homes in the next several weeks as this is the typical time to do it. I have already addressed the ducts/vents and we will be looking into having them cleaned. Thanks for staying with us.

Hello Phil,Thank you for your rating!To clarify, the accommodation is a manufactured home, quite different from a mobile home.The resort caters to those 55 as many are residents that live there long term. The information provided is clear before booking about the minimum age requirement for check in because of this. However, guests of all ages are welcome.We are sorry to hear this disappointed you.

Hi Larry, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. These accommodations are self catering and therefore items such as coffee are not provided. It is different than your average hotel stay. We do hope you enjoyed the accommodations despite this and you'll stay with us again some time.
