Our 2nd Stay
This casita continues to work perfectly for us. We don't need a lot of space because we are there to visit family. It's smartly laid out inside so we can unpack and relax, with a peaceful outdoor space (especially for morning coffee). It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but still very private. Plus there are speed bumps in the neighborhood so no one is racing past. Just lovely!

Clean & comfortable
Check in and check out very easy. Beautiful outside area with a grill and hot tub. What impressed us most was how clean the property is. Dixie is very sweet and responds to every question promptly. Will definitely stay again!

Going home to Arizona
This is a great Location with a outstanding property manager. This property was very clean, the back yard was a desert garden Communication was very good from prestay to checkout. Make your reservations early or there won't be days left to book. I will be looking to stay here again. Thank You Miss Dixie.

Vacation stay to visit family

Perfect little Casita
We had such a great stay! Dixie, our host, is awesome! We live in a cooler climate and Phoenix/Mesa is HOT! Dixie was so great about turning the air down for us and making sure we were comfortable. The Casita has its own entrance and GATED parking area. It's located in a quiet residential area that is close to EVERYTHING outdoors and indoors. Stay here! It's lovely!

Wonderful Experience
My wife, her yellow lab & I enjoyed 30 nights here. Dixie was a gracious host and was most accommodating. Very responsive to questions and requests. The casita is a wonderful, comfortable place in a very convenient area for anything you may want or need. We walked the dog daily and rode our bicycles all over the area with wonderful, safe bike lanes. Felt very secure with the car being inside a gate/wall. Definitely recommend staying here.

Better than we thought
Dixie made our stay very pleasant. The place is very clean, king bed very comfortable and the shower is to die for. Outside area for our dog was large and clean. Already booked again for April. The small ding for location was for cars parked on lawns. Two ways in to property, one you do not see them the other way you do. Felt safe the entire stay.

Accommodations as described
The only request is to have the ability to adjust the temperature of the accommodations instead of having to contact the host and wait for a response/action. It was warm, we like it cooler, once the air was adjusted the second time - no complaints. Very friendly hosts, would recommend to others.

Fun in the sun!
Such a perfect location for hiking as well as attending shows! Property was very clean and comfortable with a great backyard for R&R. Dixie was a great host who even squeezed fresh orange juice for us!! Highly recommend this Casita.

Outstanding Casita, Superb Host!
This was probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate, with an all modern look, and beautifully appointed. The bedroom was huge with the most comfortable king sized bed and great walk in closet. The bathroom was ultra modern with plenty of plush soft towels, toiletries, and a high quality new hair dryer. The shower even had lights that change colors! The kitchen had everything one could desire, and the sofa and living area were very comfortable. The real bonus was the use of the outdoor gas grille, the hot tub, sitting area, and the yard. The parking was perfect, a pad just behind an electronically controlled gate so the car was safe and secure in an enclosed area. Dixie was an amazing host responding to any questions within minutes. She came out to show us how to work the grille, and offered to pre heat the hot tub for us. We were treated like royalty! The neighborhood and location were ideal as one could walk to the grocery store, and it was a short walk to Falcon park which we did a few times. We were just a few miles from our daughter and her family who live in Mesa, when we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

Clean and quiet
Location was excellent for my needs! Very clean and quiet. Lovely back yard with plenty of space. Only surprise was finding out there is no door separating the bedroom from living room area.

Clean and comfortable!
If cleanliness is important to you, this property will NOT disappoint. My husband and dog stayed for a week and were very comfortable. The casita was well equipped, the bed comfortable, and quiet. We felt like we had the yard to ourselves most of the time…super relaxing. This is a great rental!

Depends on what is important to you
Positives: was cute and clean. Negatives: the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on, sags in the middle and makes noise when you move. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on for more than an hour. The worst part, you have no control over the air conditioner. You have to text the owner to turn it down. Every night I had to reminder her that it was too hot in the room.

Quiet, Clean, Gorgeous Property!
We couldn't believe how adorable and calming the casita was! From the pillows on the couch to the color changing lights in the shower, everything brings a sense of relaxation. Our daughter enjoyed the play area in the backyard most of all. I enjoyed my coffee in the cute seating areas around the property while taking in the beautiful views. We would definitely recommend this place to all of our friends and family!

Very relaxing after hectic days.
Very nice, quiet and relaxing place. Loved sitting on the patio. Early morning and late night. So peaceful. We were able to cook meals which was really great staying for a week. Stores and restaurants very close and convenient as well.

Spring Training Adventure
Casita was perfect for our needs. Just the right size, lots of extras provided, we didn’t need to purchase anything during our stay. Excellent gated parking and large outdoor area for relaxing. Will try to book again if it’s available during our next Arizona adventure.

Very pet friendly.
My dog Emmy loved staying at Dixie"s place. Very convenient to other places. Felt safe and secure staying by myself. Orange trees were great. Fresh picked oranges every morning.
