Bed Setup:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a TV projector, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a Smart TV and closet.

Third Bedroom: Sleeper sofa with an en-suite bathroom and a workstation featuring a desk, 2 office chairs.

The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and stand-in shower.

Interested in Pool Heat?
Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. Pool temperature in March / April averages 60 degrees without heat. Pool can be heated up to 95 degrees. For this home, pool heat is available @ $125/night which must be paid in advance. We require 24hrs notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.

Additional House Rules:

Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.

Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.

All listed amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk. The homeowner is not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to themself or the other party.

Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
