Why pay pool heating fees when you have this amazing party hot tub/pool with a heater/chiller that you can set to your exact temperature for free? Splash around with the kids in the pool or gather around with friends in a hot tub big enough for everyone. Need a work out? Turn on the swim jets and lap swim.

There’s plenty to entertain you - a Pac Man machine, three tv sports book set-up in living room, pool table, and large built-in BBQ bar and fire pit. Cable, Roku tv, and high speed Wi-Fi.

We designed this house the way we would want a space to be when we take trips. There are plenty of bedrooms because we don`t want to share a room with other couples on vacation. And the hot tub is big enough for everyone - we hate when we don`t fit! And everything is stocked for the kiddos - 2 Pack n` Plays, changing table, high chair, toys, games, kid-friendly dishes - because we like to travel light.

You`ll have everything you need - two coffee makers, blender, crock pot, and new pots and pans - to make a great meal with your loved ones.

We are a small family business and we live locally. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and hospitality. Because we are local, we are easily accessible and are happy to give local recommendations. We`d love to host your next gathering.

You`ll have full run of the house - main house, mother-in-law suite, and back yard. Keypad codes will be provided once the property is cleaned and sanitized for your check-in.

We are a local family-owned business. There`s always someone on call. Please message through the app (unless it`s an emergency) so that your message will. be routed to all staff.

This house is not offered for parties. No additional guests are permitted without written permission from the host. We are required to adhere to City of Scottsdale regulations regarding short term rentals, and of course, we want to respect our neighbors.

We make every effort to provide free early check-in, but we cannot guarantee it until 24 hours prior.

Although very large, the swim spa is not an in-ground pool. Please message us if you like additional photos or a link to specs.
Please be courteous of neighbors. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.

Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be charged a $750 fee for parties as well as charged for any resulting damages.

Do not move furniture.

Additional guests, outside of those listed in your reservation, are not permitted without prior written approval through the Airbnb app. Violation of this policy will result in a $750 fine and guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Violations of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fee as well as charged for any resulting damages.

Check-out time is 11 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Late Check-outs not approved will be charged 1/2 day rent, not to be less than $375, if checked out by 1 pm. A full day`s rent, not to be less than $750, will be charged if not checked out prior to 1 pm. Cleaners need time to prepare the home for the next arriving guests.
