A private gate at the rear of the lot opens to a scenic walking path just north of the home — ideal for peaceful morning strolls or sunset walks.

The studios are located in the guest house, about 60 feet behind the main home. The main home may be intermittently occupied, and all amenities are shared respectfully among guests.

Mostly 1980’s built Custom homes on big lots.
We are at the end of a cul-de-sac
Only having one Neighbor to our south there is added privacy.
To the north we have easy access to a canal with a bike path beside it. You’re sure to enjoy this quiet and safe neighborhood.

This large lot provides lots of parking options. Plenty of parking is available in front of the main house, on the street, in the cul-de-sac. Or follow the gravel driveway to the tiny home and find parking options just outside the main entrance.

This is the lower studio and there is a studio on the second floor. The laundry room and gym are shared between the two studios.
