“Hotellet kändes mindre som ett hotell och mer som någons hem, där de skrek till varandra mellan våningarna och barnen sprang och lekte. Ägarinnan var hjälpsam och kunnig vad gäller bokningar av kajaktur eller att gå in i grottor samt buss. Jag fick även hjälp med att tvätta kläderna på hotellet. Nivån på hotellet är låg. Det är för den typ av person som gillar att campa och att promenera i djungeln snarare än för finsmakaren. Ibland fanns varmt vatten. Duschen var en del av toaletten...

“Good buffet breakfast, quiet air con, good bathroom. The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. It is right in the centre close to all of the restaurants and there is a convenience store nearby. The family who run it are really friendly and helpful and make it a warm and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend booking a staying here. ”

“Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-((”

“Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”
