âFrom the first contact via WhatsApp you know that you will spend a perfect time. Kids were happy with the room, Food was great and staff/owner super helpful and serviceminded. Highly recommended!â
âGood buffet breakfast, quiet air con, good bathroom. The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. â
âThe Ecolodge is a brilliant place to stay. Nice pool, great rooms, free bike hire. Hong and her family were super helpful arranging tours and onward travel, not to mention answering many daft questions! Thanks for a great stay!!â

âHost was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful.â
âBeautiful family farm next to a small lake. The owners were friendly and helped us with recommendations for where to go in the area and rented us a motorbike. Food at the restaurant was good and the evening vibes were lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay!â
âExcellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).â

âDelicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. â
âThe staff and owner we accommodating. I arrived very early and they were able to clean a room stat to accommodate me. I borrowed their bike and bike around town to see the rice paddies and the locals. Highly recommend to stay here.â

âWe stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. âVery friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.â
