Underbar resort
Fantastisk resort, vacker miljö, trevlig serviceinriktad personal. Stora rum men riktigt bra sängar och ännu bättre sängkläder. Gratis cyklar, windsurfing och kajaker. Jag skulle absolut välja samma hotell om jag åker tillbaka.

Mycket fin resort med fin strand och pool. Utlåning av SUP, kajak, katamaran förhöjde upplevelse. Enda negativa var att tennisbanan var nerstängd!

Vi bodde i underbart rymlig Villa med egen pool. Rent och bra. Fin gemensam pool på området, men den lilla privata var toppen. Perfekt för några dagars avkoppling för de som gärna slappar på hotellet.

Fantastisk vistelse på Chen
Mycket trevligt bemötande! Blev strul, försenade med flyget till Phu Quoc, några timmar men det var inga problem med upphämtningen, inget extra betalt! Sval handduk och kall dricka i den luftkonditionerade bilen, bra service! Smidig och proffsigt bemötande, incheckning! Vi valde all inclusive under vår vistelse, mycket bra a la carte meny, för mat och dryck! Fantastisk personal, service och bemötande! Underbart boende, rent, fräscht, nära havet! Vi klagade på att madrasserna var något för hårda! Snabbt lade de en extra mjuk bäddmadrass i våra sängar, blev perfekt! All personal, från städning, house keeping, på stranden, restaurangen var otroligt service minded! Vi rekommenderar Chen och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Mycket bra resort
Bra service, trevlig personal, strandvillorna låg bra och maten var utmärkt. Isolerad resort med 15min taxi till stan. Stranden var OK dock lite mycket skräp i vattnet som blåste in från havet.

Fantastic hotel
We stayed for five nights and had a great time. The hotel is perfect in EVERY way and the service is fantastic. We were woken early by a rooster from nearby and were immediately offered to upgrade to a pool villa, which was very nice (and more quiet). Only negative is that the hotel has a somewhat remote location, a bit far from the city. However, in EVERY other aspect this hotel is as good as it gets.

Perfect relaxing vacation
We arrived at Phu Quoc quite tired after a two week sightseeing trip around Vietnam. From the moment we were picked up at the airport and checked in at the resort we just had an amazing week at this beautiful place. Everything, including the staff, the food, the views, the room, the cleaning, and the massage, was just perfect. We will definitely return here next time we need a very relaxing week.

Fantastiskt hotell med förstklassig service!
Vi hade höga förväntningar, vilka ändå överträffades när vi kom till hotellet! Fantastiskt vackra omgivningar och vår poolvilla var det lyxigaste stället vi har bott på. Otroligt serviceminded personal gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Trots hotellets storlek blev man igenkänd som gäst och personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle vara nöjda. Trevlig manager som småpratade och var väldigt mån om att vi skulle nöjda med vår vistelse på Chen.

Fantastisch en zeer goed onderhouden resort met prachtige ruime bungalows, een heerlijk zwembad en een schoon strand. Restaurant ook uitstekend. Enige minpuntje is dat de laundry service echt krankzinnig duur is (lees: 2 euro per onderbroek). Verder een absolute aanrader!

Deuxième séjour au Chen Sea ...et pas le dernier:)
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour - toujours un très bon service et localisation avec les bungalows à quelques mètres de la plage ce qui est très rare et appréciable. La saison (changement de mousson) a été difficile pour assurer une plage parfaite mais le staff de l’hôtel a fait énormément d'efforts pour la maintenir en bon état.

Wonderful and Relaxing
I had a wonderful week long stay at Chen Sea. This was my second time at Chen Sea. It is so relaxing. The rooms are large and well maintained. I LOVE the bathtub on the patio and the breakfast is great! I am looking forward to my next stay at Chen Sea.

Great Staff, Great Pool, Great Views.
Very nice place. Fantastic staff and the pool is wonderful. The rooms are really nice, chic and have some great touches like the bathtub on the deck. However the beds are very creeky and the walls are thin so it can be annoying at night if you're next to someone loud. The breakfast is a standard affair. The views from the restaurant and bar are fantastic. All in, we'd definitely stay again but would opt for a detached room if it's possible.

Pretty location, no outside restaurant within walking distance. Staff very helpful, is you find the bed hard ask for a topper they will provide one or two if needed. Water sport very good. Spa excellent

Amazing and beautiful hotel ! Def a place to relax
We had a great time ! Pros : - Amazing and beautiful rooms ! - cute products/amnities in the rooms. - Amazing pool and Beach area - Morning yoga on the Beach was nice - Pool service great ! They came with a snack now and then. Refreshing cool towels for face with a fresh citrus scent. - Great cocktails provided by the bar and ofc viet coffee - a lot of activities on Beach: kayaking, windsurf, padlebloarding, volleyball ect. Cons: - When we first arrived we were asked if we wanted to purchase the all inclusive package since it is not allowed to bring food or beverages into the hotel property. Which i think should have been clear in the booking process since it was a lot more in the budget than first planned. - the cleaning/housekeeping in the rooms seemed confusing. Many different staff members go in an out of the room at different times also when you are “at home” to light insence (which was really nice) but also to ofc do the normal things like making the bed ect. But they never took out trash/used glasses / plates ect unless we told Them when we were there. One plate we even brought outside and it was there for 2 days. - we were promised a fruit basket every Day in our all inclusive package. First Day we didnt get it even after 3 phonecalls. Second day they forgot again but the last day when our all inclusive actually was over they provided a basket for us. - breakfast was okay .. for a 5 Star hotel i expected a little more.

Het resort ligt aan een kleine privé zandstrand met ‘a avonds een prachtige zonsondergang Er hangt een hele relaxte en aangename sfeer Het personeel is heel behulpzaam Het restaurant was erg goed De gym is in de openlucht maar dat is bij 28 graden niet handig Mooi villa’s met uitzicht op zee Park is prima onderhouden
