Everything was amazing. Could not imagine staying at a better place. Strongly recommend this place for anyone coming to Phu Quoc. The staff are truly great people and they gave the best service anyone could ask for.

Personligt, trevligt och en lugn grönskande oas
Ett väldigt trevligt hotell med personlig service. Litet en liten bit från Duong Dong, vilket är bra då du är en väldigt intensiv och stimmig stad (kan ha berott på det kinesiska nyåret pga mycket inhemska turister). Många restauranger med god mat i närheten och fin strand nedanför. Mycket trevlig frukost varm och kall, inte så mycket bröd och pålägg dock. Hårda sängar och trångt på rummet med två stora sängar, men ändå ok.

Ett paradis
Fantastisk ställe där lugnet infaller sig! Frukosten är fantastiskt med goda pannkakor och omeletter, ett extra plus för dom goda marmeladerna. Rummet var stort och fint. Poolen var ren och precis lagom temperatur. Badhanduk fick man ta med sig överallt. Att Lan Anh Garden Resort är bara ett tvåstjärnigt hotell är för mig en gåta. Mycket trevlig personal. Ett tips är att hyra en skoter för en billig peng, då man ser ön i sitt eget tempo. Kommer åka dit fler gånger! Rekommenderar Lan Ahn om man vill ha lugn och ro, och om man trivs med att det är familjärt.

Best value for money. Fantastic hotel in the town and very quiet by the pool. Great for families. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

This property was newly refurbished so it's rather clean and new. Location wise, it's out of no where . Need to walk about 1km to a proper supermarket. The surrounding is quite dusty due to construction lorry coming in and out to the main road. The lady boss of this resort is very helpful. She is the only person that speaks English in the entire resort.

Hotelanlage ist sauber und hat einen tollen Pool. Scooter konnten unkompliziert gemietet werden. Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Zum schönen Strand sind es nur 8 Minuten zu Fuss Schade dass wir für eine verlängerte Nacht ein par Dong mehr bezahlen mussten, als wenn wir es online gebucht hätten.

Great pool with many sun beds. Although it was on a quiet street it was quiet. We booked a pool side room. Large in size, bright, looks new and very modern. Bed comfortable. Overall...a quiet resort with a nice pool. Cons...although not a lot...we didn’t find the breakfast very good. Despite the time of arrival we found the food to be cold and unappetizing unless you were have the fresh eggs and pancakes. Didn’t replace hot food very often. Yoghurt and granola would have been nice. Breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was well equipped but found out quickly after using the toilet that there was no toilet roll holder installed in the bathroom and NOT a roll in sight! I had to ackwardly go to the bedroom to find it. Not a good first impression. The cleaning staff could use some pointers on cleaning the room. Dirty dishing were left in the room and not cleaned for 2 days. They spent a total of 10 minutes cleaning the room. No face towels or hand towels supplied at all. We felt that there were some corners being cut where they shouldn’t be for the price we were paying.

プールビューをオーダーしても見えない場合があります
プールビューでオーダーしましたが、満室とのことで思っていた部屋に泊まれませんでした。残念でした。 プール側ですが、プールとの間に壁があり、写真とは違うイメージの部屋になる場合があります。 そのことを最初に丁寧に説明してくれました。スタッフは親切です。 部屋は清潔で、掃除がしっかりされていました。 レンタルバイクがあります。チェックアウト後は借りられません。 近くにレンタルバイク屋があると言われましたが、看板はあっても、実際はバイクがない所ばかりでした。15分以上歩いてもなく、タクシーを使って探しました。

静かに過ごせ最高のホテル
立地、雰囲気、リゾート感、朝食全て最高でした。ロングビーチも徒歩で約５分ほどで、立地も良く、ホテルでは静かに過ごすことができる。

Rauhallinen hotelli n. 500 metriä rannasta. Oma uima-allas ihan ok. Kaikki huoneet eivät ole samanlaisia, vaikka taso olisi sama. Osasta kylpyhuoneista puuttuu katto suihkun kohdalta, joten tuuletus toimii. Yleisvaikutelma siisti, mutta hieman jo kulunut. Aamupala ok, hedelmiä saisi olla enemmän. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Good, not great
We had a nice stay, but the location isn't ideal, as it is a 10 min walk to the beach and a taxi ride to town. There are a number of restaurants that are nearby, even across the street. The front desk person wasn't very friendly or helpful until we were packing to go, and then she was much more friendly, not sure what else was going on, but hoping it wasn't just turning on the charm to get a happy review.

Our stay at Lan Anh Garden was great! The staff was very friendly and service minded. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was really nice and peaceful. We could walk to a lot of restaurants and the hotel was close to a nice beach.

Was pretty good for the price but we left because the bed was rock hard, which was extremely uncomfortable to deal with a back injury. There is a pool but it is small and not very clear. Cool little hotel for the price though!

Beautiful garden resort
Lan Anh Garden Resort is a little piece of paradise located on Phu Quoc island. As the name applies, the landscaping is phenomenal. You will be surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants with many areas to lounge around and enjoy the fresh breezy island air. The bungalow room was spacious and equipped with an airconditionair and ceiling fan so you are always at a comfortable temperature. The beds have mosquito nets to keep the pests away while you sleep on clean luxurious beds. The bathroom was a highlight as it was quite large and well lit. The shower portion had an open ceiling so you can enjoy views of palm trees and blue sky as you shower. The water temperature was always working properly and the shower head made the water feel like warm kisses from rain. Also, having the open ceiling meant that the bathroom always dried quickly. Lan Anh has a great pool surrounded by comfortable lounging chairs and pretty flowers. The pool was warm and clean and te hotel provided large towels to use to dry yourself off after a refreshing swim. This hotel has a free breakfast every morning, they offer laundry service, and they rent motorbikes as we This resort is about a 10 minute walk to Long Beach. We had a lovely stay at this resort and ended up extending our reservation. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We would recommend this place for anybody who wants to visit beautiful Phu Quoc island.
