Hotellet är långt ifrån 4-stjärnigt.
Hotellet är mer slitet än vi hade väntat oss, städningen höll inte måttet alls på rummen. Personalen är vänlig men det brister mycket i kommunikationen då deras engelska är väldigt begränsad. Vi valde att boka en svit för oss fyra, varav två barn. Stod i beskrivningen att det skulle finnas bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, vilket det inte alls fanns. Ena dottern fick sova på en soffa som var stenhård och ca 60 cm bred, den andra dottern fick de ställa in en tältsäng till som de skulle ha 30 dollar per natt för. Renligheten var inte den bästa, ett barn kräktes i poolen när vi var där och personalens lösning var att försöka ta bort det med en håv, inget tal om att stänga av och rengöra poolen.

Personalen kan inte så bra engelska så det blir inte alltid rätt. Dem är inte så effektiva när man ska beställa mat o dryck tyvärr men kan hoppas dem lär sig framöver. Annars bra hotell.

Good but misses out on vital details
Overall a great experience; the hotel is big but didn't feel too crowded. Pools are good even tho the sunbeds at the lower pool quickly get taken. The beach has more room and the water is actually very clean, which is not common for Phu Quoc or even Vietnam in general. The staff could do with a smile every once in a while and the cleaning staff needs to learn how to clean floors, I had some problems with my room and even with feedback there was plenty of room for improvement. The food and drinks are really good. Prices are high as you should expect from this kind of resort but not unreasonable. Breakfast buffe has a great selection with high quality. I'm generally very pleased with my stay and would consider coming back!

4 nätter vid jul
Vi är en familj på två vuxna plus två barn, 12 & 14, som hade 2 rum bokade i mitten av december. Vid bokningstillfället (slutet av januari) var det max 3 personer per rum, därav de två rummen, detta har verkar ha ändrats nu, då man kan ha två barn under 16 i samma rum. Vid bokningstillfället efterfrågade vi två angränsade rum, medveten om att det inte går att säkerhetsställa. Vid incheckning fick vi två rum på vardera sidan av hotellet, dvs så långt som möjligt ifrån varandra, vilket vi inte var helt nöjda med, vilket vi påpekade. Hotellet gjorde sitt bästa för att lösa detta och erbjöd två rum närmre varandra efter två nätter, men då tackade vi nej, då halva tiden hade gått. Men hotellet lyssnade på oss och försökte lösa detta. Hotellet har ett fint poolområde och ligger precis vid havet vid en helt ok strand. Hotellet är mycket fint, men som många andra påpekat, så är det alltför dyrt att äta där. Trots högsäsong och fina restauranger så knappt inget folk som äter där, vilket bör bero på de allt för höga priserna. Tre minuters gångväg från hotellet finns lokala, men inte lika fina, matställen där man äter för en bråkdel jämfört med hotellet. Liksom på alla andra ställen på ön så byggs det överallt runt hotellet, innebärande störande ljud tidigt på morgonen. Hotellet används också för charter innebärande mindre kaos vid frukosten runt nio tiden när alla ska äta, slut på tallrikar, bestick, glas mm. Men frukosten var riktigt bra. Tveksamt om femstjärnigt. Helt ok för priset

A relaxing stay
Very nice staff and pretty surroundings (especially all the flowers on the walk from the main hotel to the beach). We appreciated the nearby supermarkets and restaurants for cheaper food and drinks.

Hotell området var rent och fint men då det byggs mycket runt hotellet så finns det inte mycket att göra. Bra pooler, fin strand och rena rum, frukosten är en besvikelse håller inte alls Asien nivå och mycket folk. Priserna på äta & dricka hotellet är jätte dyrt jämfört med övriga priser på ön. Alla i personalen bra toppen trevliga.

För stort hotell för oss och om man vill ha personligt bemötande. De flesta gäster som bodde hade all-inclusive och var äldre par eller barnfamiljer. Restaurangpersonal var ovana vid frågor och beställningar då man som gäst ej hade armband/all inklusive. De pratade dessutom knappt någon engelska. Mycket dyrt att konsumera på hotellet och ej prisvärt. Väldigt svajigt wi-fi. Fint pool och strandområde men mycket folk överallt och för lite solstolar vid pooler. Välj övre pool för mindre tryck. Närområdet är under upp ugglas och kommer så att vara under närmsta 5åren. Fåtal lokala restauranger i området, de som fanns var mkt dyrare än högre upp på Long Beach. Välj hotell där uppe om ni vill ha personligare och proffsigare service.

Fint men dyrt och mycket folk.
Vi var en familj med två vuxna och två barn (10 och 12 år) som bodde där. Väldigt fint hotell med bra pooler och fin strand. Dock var det lite dyrt där om man jämför med andra ställen vi bodde på under resan. Går att hitta några restauranger i närheten men dom var inte jättebra. Dock är det bra att tänka på om man vill ha det lugnt och skönt och inte ha så mycket folk omkring sig så ska man nog inte välja detta hotellet. Vi hade bokat 7 nätter men valde checka ut efter 4 nätter och bokade nytt boende för att få det lite lugnare omkring oss.

A prison in the midst of a construction site.
The whole goundfloor is an inferno of screming babies and drunk al inclusive 24/7. The reception manager Tu, is making matters worse by not being service minded at all. The hotel restaurants is awful buffets. The hotel is situated in a construction area miles from anything. Avoid completely.

Ej värt sitt pris. Nergånget. Pris på mat och dryck var löjligt högt. 10 dollar för en liten snacks och 35 dollar för en ganska så smaklös buffé. Servicen var mycket dålig och roomservice kom med fel mat varje gång. Städningen var jättedålig. Drygt 10km till närmsta affär där en taxi tur och retur kostade ca 18 dollar. Väldigt bra Poolområden och fin strand. Bra hotell för den som vill bo avsides och inte bryr im de höga priserna på mat och dryck. Kommer INTE komma åter.

ビーチフロント、プライベートプール付きのバンガローに宿泊しました。 ホテルは清潔だし過ごしやすいし最高でした。 ただ、ホテル前のプライベートビーチが白砂ではなくベージュで、海水も少し濁っていたのが残念でした。時期にもよるのかもしれませんが。 あとは、ホテル前にショッピングモール的なものがあり、夜にはナイトマーケットが開かれるので楽しかったです。 5泊でしたが、ホテルが快適すぎる？故にほぼホテル周辺から出ていません。。

Honestly speaking, The number of staff in the lounge bar was very a few people . I don't understand why we wait 45 minutes at First Drink. I strongly recommend if other people take a dinner, please go to the night market which is 5 minutes take away.
