Fantastiskt men ha helpension
Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och återkommer gärna. Stranden var fantastisk och poolerna också. Vi hade enbart frukost, och buffén var bra med både asiatiskta och europeiska inslag. Övrig mat var bra, men prisklassen var lite som i Sverige. 60kr för pizza/burgare, öl 50kr och drinkar runt 90kr. Asiatisk mat låg på samma peng. Eftersom man inte får ha med sig egen dricka el mat/snacks blir det dyrt att leva där utan helpension. Det finns ingen supermarket på hotellet.

Fantastisk service och fin strand!
Fantastiskt trevlig personal på ett fint hotell, ca en halvtimme norr om staden. Hotellet erbjuder fri shuttle service in till stan för att ex äta middag. Middag på hotellet är en dyr buffé som inte upplevs prisvärd om man inte har all inklusive. (Buffén verkar riktad mot barnfamiljer). Fantastisk strand framför hotellet och en härlig pool.

steffjoh, Lite avskilt så man är relativt låst på platsen. Om inte detta är ett problen är det ett fantastiskt ställe att tillbringa en vecka på.

Superb resort
Vinpearl is magical. Everything was good, however, our family stayed for 8 days so things surfaced. But overall a superb resort that deserve the highest ratings.

Very nice hotel and great experience
We stayed only two nights at Vinpearl but wish would have stayed longer. We had a suit which was very big and fresh (the entire facility is new). Pool is huge and during our stay hotel was not crowded which was great. The hotel private beach is clean and beautiful. We even booked some activities (the vinpearl land and snorkling) from the hotel which all were really amazing. The tour service at the hotel lack of proper language and service but luckily the hotel manager Mr Vikey was a life saver for us. Great thanks to him that made our stay very memorable and made sure that we got the expected service from a 5 star hotel. We even tried the hotel ala carte restaurant (not he beach house buffee restaurant) and the food was really good. The breakfast is OK and the location a bit off but if you have kids (specially taller than 140 cm) they are going to love the Vinpearl land and will keep them busy. All in all, can strongly recommend the hotel, the staff are very friendly even though the language is still an issue but they are nice. Hotel facilities great, very family friendly and we will for sure come back to this place if back to this island again. Thank you again Mr Vikey.

Helt fantastisk nybyggd resort med extra allt
En fantastisk helt nybyggd resort med en huvudbyggnad ínnehållande ca 500 rum omgiven av säkert lika många nybyggda "villor" i en parkliknande miljö. Vi bodde i en tvårumsvilla på 190 m2 med privat pool ca 7x3m. Förvisso långa avstånd inom resorten men om man inte vill promenera så finns complimentary transport med golfbilar vart som helst när som helst. En jättestor pool ca 100x25m plus två stora grunda barnpooler och en lång fin sandstrand. Till resorten hör ett stort nöjesfält/vattenland (som vi inte besökte) dessutom ligger sjukhuset på ön alldeles i närheten vilket ju kan vara tryggt. Enda nackdelen, om det nu är en nackdel, är att stället ligger långt bort från allt men har du väl kommit hit så längtar du ingen annan stans. Detta måste vara det perfekta stället för barnfamiljer men även för alla som söker avkoppling. Allting var inte färdigt när vi var där, någon restaurang hade inte öppnat, en del personal var lite tafatt, matutbudet hade kunnat varit lite bättre. Detta till trots är jag helt övertygad om att detta kommer att bli Phu Quocs top of the line resort om det nu inte är det redan. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta stället.

쉐라톤이 빈펄 멜리아보다 30배 좋습니다
빈펄리조트멜리아보더 30배는 더 좋습니다. 툭툭이 빨리오고 늦은 체크아웃되고 이른 체크인되고 밥도 맛있고 한식도있고 멜리아 리조트는 변질됐어요 장사 잘된다고 베짱 장사합니다. 멜리아 리조트는 헤어드라이어도 없고 수건도 갯수가 부족해서 신청하고 세시간 기다렸습니다. 하지만 쉐라톤은 전화 주문 후 5분이내 방문하며 항상 밖에 다녀오면 정돈됐고, 로비 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 음식도 맛있습니다

스위트룸이었는데도 불구하고 첫 청소상태가 너무 별로였음 청소를 재 요청 하고 나서야 겨우 지낼만 했음 3박 숙박하는 동안 바퀴벌레를 2번이나 봤음 5성급 호텔이라고는 볼 수 없는 청결상태와 서비스 키즈클럽은 제대로된 장난감 하나없고 10분만 놀아도 발바닥이 새까맣게 변함

We stayed in the 2rooms villa facing the beach. Very spacious, new and clean, service is top-notch. Breakfast is delectable. Pool and beach access is great. Will be better if the hotel offers sea sports activities.

I had a couple isues but I called the reception desk and they resolved right away. I am very please and happy. The staff are so nice and pleasant. Definitely be back in the future.

Would not recommend.
Overall the resort was nice. The beach was very nice and not crowded. What makes this review a 2, maybe a 3 star is the food. The food was terrible unless you ordered room service or are at the garden restaurant. But it was very expensive in my opinion. Maybe that’s the price you pay for the quiet beach and quiet resort experience, who knows. But, I would think that if you’re going to pay premium prices then you should get premium options. Felt like a Cuban vacation if I’m being honest. Not what I was expecting from a Sheraton. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Everything was great just check out was disaster , hotel didn’t prepare invoice in advance and personal was confused

Das Hotel wurde im Oktober von Marriott übernommen. Die Lage, Ausstattung und die Beach sind kaum zu toppen. Das Entree ist beeindruckend. Die umliegenden Geschäfte, das Vergnügungsviertel und der Park sind wohl noch von Corona stark beeinträchtigt. Vieles ist zu und eigentlich gibt es überall nur das Gleiche. Westliche Küche ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Das Personal im Hotel (und ausserhalb sowieso) kann bislang nur rudimentär Englisch von einzelnen Ausnahmen abgesehen, die es grundlegend können. Die Staff von Marriott ist mit ganzem Herzen dabei und hat aber noch viele Klippen zu umschiffen. Badeschlappen sind zu klein für Europäer/Amerikaner und gibt auch auf Nachfrage keine anderen. Das Buffet war im Grunde zwei Wochen lang identisch. Die Hotelgäste kommen teils in nassen Badesachen zum Buffet und machen so die Stühle nass. Der room service liefert das gleiche Essen an verschiedenen Tagen sehr unterschiedlich, was zB beim Club Sandwich bedeutet, dass es einmal zwei und ein anderes Mal vier Toasts sind. Tiefer Teller und viel Wok Fried Vegies und ein anderes Mal flacher kleiner Teller...
