âOverall I'd like to say that this was the most amazing stay in any hotel I've been at. The friendliness and support from the owners (a family-run hotel) is nothing short of stellar, and beats all hotels I've stayed at by a mile (both in Vietnam and Sweden).
Early check-in? No problem. Late checkout? No problem. Hungry? They cooked food for us. Dirty clothes? They cleaned our laundry. Worried about the sun? They borrowed us a sun umbrella. Need to go somewhere? They called a taxi and instructed...

âEtt underbart litet hotel, 10 minuters promenad frĂ„n Tam Cocs huvudgata. SupervĂ€nlig personal och vĂ€ldigt vackra rum med kaklat golv och veranda. MĂ„nga vackra detaljer i inredningen av rummen. De hyr ut moped och cykel till en billig peng. VĂ€l vĂ€rt att ta rummet med utsikt mot berget. Ăverlag finns det mycket att se och göra i Tam Coc.â
âPerfect location for renting a motorbike and self-touring Tam Coc, Trang An, Mua Cave, Ancient Town and Bai Dinh. Lovely free cycling around the Karstâs. Beautiful walks.â

The staff helped us book transfer from hanoi to the hotell in Ninh Binh and also transfer from the hotell in Ninh Binh to cat ba Island. We did a 60 min massage at the hotell and that was really good too. We could rent bikes for free, it was a short bike ride to Trang an and hang mua. We can truly recommend this hotell. â
âInfinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores. â

Most of the staff do not speak much English, but they were always friendly and helpful, and the lady who ran the reception (amongst other duties) spoke very good English. She was also excellent at advising and organising trips. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend. â
âVancouver hotel is a family run hotel with a few rooms. the family is very nice and helpful. the breakfast is beyond the ordinary, you get a lot of food. the hotel is located in Ninh Binh town but you can reach the tourist attractions by taxi. I would stay here again if im going to Ninh Binh town!â
