Steps to property could be a challenge for older quests and those with a mobility issue but as most tourists in this area seem to be climbers probably not a consideration for most guests. Very convenient for the Island, boats every half hour 3 euros. â

âLovely hotel for everyone. We were there with our 4 kids/teenager, my sisters family and mum. Beautiful view over Telendos island. Great pool area with pool bar and with the best bartender!!! Close to the village but still quite. Close to good climbing places!!â
âWe had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year. âA bright spacious apartment with a great view. Well equipped with everything you will need. A five minute walk, to possibly the largest supermarket on the island. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket.
Two coves with beaches, are a fifteen minute walk.
The owner is friendly and helpful!

âThis is a family run hotel. We had an apartment. Basic but very clean and the family are renovating the rooms so they will change soon. Extremely friendly and helpful. Ramona, Danny and family speak a variety of languages - especially Ramona. They could not do enough for you. We arrived after 11pm in the evening and they greeted us and showed us to our rooms. Departing they let us know we could stay as long as we wanted as our flight was not until the evening. Food is really good and I...

âlove the stone houses, so beautiful! Air-conditioned, perfectly clean and has a small kitchen with a refrigerator! Super clean, the room is cleaned every day, the bed is made and fresh towels! simply wonderful! We just loved it! It is a beautiful, quiet island, the minimum of restaurants and bars but it was totally enough for us!
Of course, if you want more rumble and partying then I think this island is too small and too quiet, Kos would definitely be better!â

"We stayed one night as part of us travelling back to Sweden from Kos. We received OK service from the reception, being able to check in late at night when we arrived. However, there was no hot water in the tap in the bathroom (and only luke warm water in the shower). Also, the pillows where very thick/high and uncomfortable. The room's AC was quite noisy. The hotel building facilities are quite worn down and would be in need of a renovation."
