Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the hostâs warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.

âWe had great time at Hotel Nuovo Savi, the staff is kind and efficient, breakfast is very good, the rooms are quite clean. The location is great, as it is close to train station as well as the city center.
The building and the rooms require renovation, but for us it was not a problem.â
âGreat stay for an excellent price and wonderful breakfast the next morning. Good views from our rooftop balcony made for a great evening and morning sit. The air-con works well, and I really enjoyed the unique shower arrangement (you have to unfold the shower enclosure from the wall) which gives you a spacious bathroom when you don't need the shower.
The front desk and staff are very accommodating, and did their best with my inability to speak Italian! There is a nice children's park next door...

âWe stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites.

"Super bra lÀgenhet med tyst o fin AC. Stor balkong, frÀscht. Bra kylningens, Ät frukost pÄ hotellet en dag, sedan ordnade vi egen istÀllet. Bra pool, nÀra till mycket och perfekt avstÄnd för utflykt till Pisa och Florens mm. Familjen trivdes bra. Sköna sÀngar. Vi reser runt i Italien och valde stanna 3 nÀtter hÀr.

"Disappointing stay. Partly due to the hotel. We came to take Thermal Baths. The reception did not have any information. And finally we found out that all establishments that used to offert Thermal Baths had closed down after the pandemics.
The asked for twin beds, got a small queen size bed. AC did not work. And sleeping with open window was impossible due to barking dogs.
