“Personalen var väldigt trevlig, behjälplig och informativ.
I hotellrummet var handfatet placerat vid duschen och inte i samma rum som toaletten. Man behövde gå från toaletten, genom hela rummet, för att tvätta händerna i andra delen av rummet.
Sängen var placerad mellan två dörrar, hela vägen upp till taket var väggen och dörrarna täckta av damm, vi sa till personalen på morgonen där på och när vi kom tillbaka till rummet på kvällen hade dom inte gjort rent väggen och dörrarna.

“Just a really nice hotel stay. Location cannot be better with views over the small park and both Albertina and the Opera across the street. Extremely pleasant check-in experience, room supernice and clean, large shower. I particularly liked that most of the content in the mini-bar was for free, as well as the reception providing face masks for free as and when we needed. One of the best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommended. ”

"Layout of the room was a bit strange with no access to washbin or shower in the bathroom, those where placed in another room next to the bedroom. Otherwise good room, and good location in the city. Didn't they their restaurant as there were better places nearby. "

Perfekt läge mitt i smeten (men ändå lugnt) med gångavstånd till flera av stadens stora sevärdheter som tex Hofburg, Stefanskyrkan och Operan. Nära till shopping, restauranger och caféer.
Air condition och öppningsbara fönster finns på rummet. För att få air condition som man själv kan ändra behöver man boka ett premium rum.
Förra gången vi bodde på hotellet hade vi ett klassiskt dubbelrum och bjöds på fruktfat på rummet vid ankomsten men nu när vi hade superiorrum så fick vi varken vattenflaskor eller fruktfat så det kanske inte är något som de inte bjuder på längre. Det är alltid uppskattat när hotell bjuder på något vid ankomsten.
