Elegant Dining & Lounge Space:

Step through the characterful cottage entrance into a beautifully considered dining and lounge area, designed to feel welcoming, comfortable and refined. A dining table for up to four guests sits neatly beside the window — an inviting spot for relaxed meals, morning coffee or planning the day ahead.
At the heart of the room, the lounge offers a cosy retreat, with a plush sofa that converts seamlessly into a double sofa bed. Settle in for relaxed evenings in front of the Smart TV, enjoying a space thoughtfully arranged for comfort and easy living.

Designed with accessibility in mind, the cottage features generous 780 mm wide internal doorways, allowing comfortable access between rooms while maintaining the cottage’s elegant proportions.

Fully Equipped Contemporary Kitchen:

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality integrated appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Designed with accessibility in mind, the sink and hob are set at a reduced height with clear access beneath, ensuring ease of use without compromising on style.

Thoughtfully stocked with premium cookware, crockery and glassware, the kitchen caters effortlessly to everything from relaxed breakfasts to elegant evening meals.

Principal Bedroom with Accessible En-Suite:

The principal bedroom is calm and comfortably appointed, designed to provide a restful and practical retreat. Configurable as either a king or twin room, it includes a dressing table and freestanding wardrobe, offering everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The en-suite shower room is fully accessible and finished to a high standard, offering multiple shower configurations to suit a range of needs. Designed to be both practical and indulgent, it provides a private, spa-like experience where comfort and dignity are prioritised.

Private Garden & Accessible Hot Tub:

Outside, Fuchsia Cottage enjoys its own exclusive hardstanding garden — an inviting space for al fresco dining, relaxed afternoons and peaceful evenings outdoors. Outdoor seating and a BBQ will be provided for effortless entertaining.

The highlight is the luxurious square hot tub, complete with a discreet hoist and softly illuminated by festoon lighting. Whether soaking under the stars or enjoying a quiet moment at dusk, this indulgent feature ensures every guest can experience relaxation without compromise.


THE BARN – A Shared Space for Celebration & Connection:

Opening in late 2026, The Barn will become the social heart of the retreat — a striking, character-filled space designed for gathering, celebrating and creating unforgettable memories.

Beautifully rustic in design, the interior will be fully clad in sawn timber, creating warmth, texture and an authentic barn atmosphere. The natural wood finishes will give the space depth and richness, while its generous proportions ensure it feels both impressive and welcoming.

At its centre, guests will find a stylish bar, a spacious catering kitchen and a vast open main area complete with a large projector. Whether hosting a long, laughter-filled banquet, a milestone birthday, a lively disco evening, a cosy movie marathon or watching the cup final together, The Barn will adapt effortlessly to every occasion.

With seating for all 46 guests, the entire site can come together under one roof before retreating to the comfort and tranquillity of individual cottages at the end of the evening.

Available for exclusive guest hire, The Barn is designed to be as seamless as it is atmospheric. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the celebration, outside caterers and bar services will be welcomed — allowing events to feel effortless, indulgent and beautifully hosted.

Outdoor Communal Areas:

Guests can enjoy a range of thoughtfully provided facilities located across the wider site. A charming communal library offers a quiet corner to borrow a book and pause awhile, while practical amenities include a hot and cold dog and cycle wash, a secure cycle store and overflow parking. Two on-site EV chargers provide convenient charging for electric vehicles. The central courtyard is thoughtfully divided into three separate fenced garden areas for the dog-friendly cottages, allowing guests travelling with dogs to enjoy their own secure outdoor space while still retaining the character of the shared courtyard setting.
