Gentile cliente,come già detto, la nostra wi-fi aziendale è perfettamente funzionante, tant'è che nella struttura principale vi siete tranquillamente collegati, anche come linea telefonia. Nella struttura dove avete soggiornato voi, c'è stato un problema tecnico dovuto alla rete Vodafone, che noi non potevamo assolutamente risolvere, infatti abbiamo dovuto contattare l'assistenza Vodafone.Riguardo la linea telefonica, noi riceviamo e facciamo chiamate senza alcun problema, quindi probabilmente il disservizio è causato dal vostro operatore telefonico.Riguardo infine gli orari di check-in, abbiamo chiaramente indicato che si effettua in una fascia oraria (dalle 16 alle 20) che ci consente di poter completare la pulizia degli alloggi. Arrivare alle 13.10 (anzichè alle 16, come vi avevamo comunicato via email) e senza alcun preavviso, non ci consente di poter effettuare il check-in.Il check-out entro le ore 10 è l'orario che adotta la stragrande maggioranza delle strutture ricettive di tutto il mondo. Rimaniamo francamente sconcertati dal giudizio da lei espresso, tanto che ci domandiamo se è proprio sicura di averlo fatto rivolto alla nostra struttura, o se invece pensava di indirizzarlo ad altri.Dare il punteggio di 2 su 10 vuol dire che il soggiorno è stato un disastro totale sotto tutti i punti di vista.Credo pertanto che sarebbe corretto da parte sua specificare su quali elementi si basi un giudizio così spietato.Siete voi la coppia che ci ha riferito di avere dormito benissimo in una stanza tranquilla e molto carina?Quella che a colazione ha detto di avere molto gradito dolci e marmellata fatti in casa dalla nostra cuoca, e che tutto era impeccabile?Quella alla quale abbiamo fornito indicazioni e suggerimenti su dove cenare, e che ci ha riferito di avere cenato benissimo?Quella che al momento della partenza ha detto che il soggiorno di una sola notte era stato troppo breve e che meritava più tempo?Quella che quando ci siamo salutati con molto calore e cordialità ha detto "torneremo qui sicuramente"?Quella, dunque, che non ha mosso un solo appunto al soggiorno trascorso da noi?Beh, se siete proprio QUELLA COPPIA, allora c'è qualcosa che non torna.Ritengo che se qualcosa del soggiorno non sia gradita sarebbe opportuno comunicarlo direttamente,farlo dopo non serve a nulla ed è molto scorretto.Non è leale fare sorrisi e apprezzamenti positivi davanti e poi esprimere a distanza giudizi di tutt'altro tenore.Voi clienti avete sempre l'arma delle recensioni, a noi operatori resta solo il diritto di replica.Voi potete distruggere in un attimo la reputazione di una struttura, costruita in anni ed anni di lavoro, cura e dedizione.Attendiamo pertanto, sperando nella sua serietà e correttezza, di leggere in dettaglio ulteriori commenti.Grazie

Dear Guest, we thank you for the comment. To avoid any misunderstanding about the rooms and services offered, we have posted many photos and described everything in great detail. This is to allow each customer to choose the preferred room at the desired price. Regarding breakfast, although in the description of the services it is clearly written that the breakfast is served from 8.00 to 9.30, just because you said you would be leaving early, we had agreed to serve breakfast, exceptionally, at 7.00 am.
