Liten ort med utsikt.
Först blev vi anvisade den studio vi påståtts bokat, ett visserligen snyggt inrett, men ett garage utan utsikt. Protesterade och blev uppgraderade mot liten slant. Fick fantastisk fint rum med härlig utsikt över hamnen!

Vårt rum hade utgång till en uteparkering. Vi kunde inte se de fina vyerna som man ser i hotellets presentation

Great motel with a lovely view!
We stayed in a Sea View Deluxe Studio and our room had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. The motel was located only a few minutes walk from a supermarket which was convenient. We arrived after the reception had closed but we received instructions from the motel management on how to check-in after hours and it worked out very smoothly. This motel is good value for the money in our opinion.

The property was immaculate, room was quite spacious and had a great view of the harbour. Three minute walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Recommend this property.

Great view over the mariner. Spacious room with a kitchenette and 2 burner electric cooktop to prepare a small meal if needed. Short walk from the property to the shops and foreshore. Had a nice overnight stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are traveling on the ferry from Wellington this is a convenient place to stay, but the parking is for mountain goats only. The motel is set on a steep hill, making the views very nice, but being disabled I had difficulty controlling my suitcase between the parking spot I was given and our room. A nice Aussie lady help me get my case back to the car. The whole place was also a bit run down and in need of modernizing.

VERY difficult parking arrangement. Very steep and twisted drive up to a parking space. View of the harbor was great after the treacherous parking. Motel overall was a bit shabby. Needs a refresh.

We really loved this motel. We stayed two nights, on either end of walking the Queen Charlotte Track. The managers were so nice and stored our bags for us during our walk. Both of our rooms were huge with a very comfortable bed and couch. We also had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the harbor and sounds (best from our first room which was on the top level and still pretty great from our second room one level down). The little kitchenette was perfect for making tea and coffee in the morning before we wandered down to town for breakfast (the Village Bakeriji is the BEST!). One thing to note: there is no AC but we kept the windows open at night and the breeze off the water cooled things down. The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and the water taxis. We didn't have a car with us but they do have free onsite parking. The driveway is a bit steep. One fun note: the TV package that they have includes an MTV 80s channel. It was a fun find and we enjoyed watching it.

Views are great from the front of the hotel. Parking is a challenge as it’s uphill (steep) and the spots allocated are tight.

Lovely room, excellent views, quiet location.
Lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed and sofa in a quiet location about 10 mins walk to cafes and restaurants on the waterfront. The view of the comings and goings in the harbour from the top floor were outstanding. The drive way is steep and has some tight corners and can be problematic for large 4 x 4s. We found it easier to park in the side street. The shower unit has a roof and is effectively a sealed box which gets very warm and steamy if you close the door. Despite these shortcomings, we recommend the motel.

We booked the budget room because we were only in Picton for the night. There are much more convenient motels on the high street. I would not choose to stay here again.

The Motel was lovely and quiet and had a fabulous view out to Picton's inner harbour. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the fact that we were in walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and downtown Picton.

Additional bed was uncomfortable
Traveling as a family we needed to sleep 4. The extra bed, a folding couch, was horrible - uneven, feeling springs through the extremely thin madras.
