âNice, clean, modern and cosy with spacious, well-designed rooms. Simple but nice breakfast. Will definately stay here also on the upcoming business trips when I need to be in 12th arrondissement.
A bit of traffic outside but it didn't bother me on the 4th floor at least. Can be good to know that there are no elevators, but it didn't bother me.â
â10/10. The staff at the front are SO friendly, especially the lady at the front who checked me in. The hotel is phenomenal. Great amenities. If you have a water bottle, you can re-fill it. They also have complimentary flavoured water at the front & provided a bottle of water in the room too. â
âVery cool boutique hotel with Cinema theme. We loved the in room movie projector and modern accommodations. The room was very clean and the shower was great! The hotel is in a very central area, close to metro and walkable to most sites.â
âModern hotel, easily accessible by car just inside the Peripherique. Rooms rather small as they often are in France. Parking available only by appointment in the garage at extra cost which is somewhat odd for a place that calls itself a motel. Part from that, no issues.â
âLa Petite Rosa is a real hidden gem. If you go to Paris and want to avoid the overpriced touristy hotels, this place is for you. You will not find a tourist here. The hotel is in the 12e arrondissement, close to Bercy st Emilion but away from the tourists. Reason why we always stay here. We want to soak up the Parisian way of living and try to blend in.It s a very small and quaint place.Do not expect your regular American standards. But again, that is what we LOVE about this place. âReally nice hotel! In a city which might be pretty but the service mindedness is often low this was a gem in service! Helpful at the front desk, very nice rooms, and a breakfast that was plentiful. Really close to the metro and RER so easy access to anywhere. Would strongly recommend!â
âExcellent service and nice breakfast. A bit small rooms and just a litlle bit outside the central ("touristy") areas but because of the proximity to the station Nation the hotel has very easy access to trains and metro. Also easy to get to CDG airport with RER-trains.â

"Lugnt och stilla, inga oljud. Mysig utebar.
100 meter till den ena och 300 meter till den andra tunnelbanestationen. Marais med dess butiker, grÀnder mm rakt över gatan och bortom. Oberkampf och Belleville inom nÄgra minters promenad. Mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal pÄ hotellet. Fint rum med AC. "
"Superfin hotell med fantastisk lÀge i Paris. Mycket vÀlstÀdat! Personalen Àr jÀttetrevlig och hjÀlper med allt. Hotellet ligger i ett bra omrÄde, mycket nÀra (ca 3 min gÄngavstÄnd) tunnelbanan linje 14. Bercy village Àr bara runt hörnet med sina butiker och mÀngder av bra restauranger. "Stayed 2 nights as a family of four. Nice hotel and staff. As with most Novotels, you get what you pay for. The hotel is absolutely ok to stay at.
The pool was a bit cold for my taste with 25 degrees but maybe Iâm picky.
