Villa Voltolino is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Voltolino you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Mount Etna and of the sea. Villa Voltolino is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.3 km (1.45 miles) from Piedimonte Etneo, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Cottone beach) at 9.8 km (roughly 6.1 miles). You will reach Villa Voltolino from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Voltolino you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 2.4 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden and of the sea at a distance.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by palms and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the sea at a distance.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has two high windows, as well as two windows.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include two small sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The mezzanine has a window.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom and the first bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing six steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first and second bedroom through an access area.
Top FloorKitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen three French doors will take you to the patio and the garden.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room also has a window, as well as a Juliet balcony.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen. Roof LevelBedroom 4
