Located in Pietracorbara, a very pleasant commune in Cap Corse, about fifteen kilometres north of Bastia, the house is a calm and tree-lined place, ideal for recharging.

Several terraces and a large shaded garden. This is the true asset of the house, varied outdoor spaces that aspire to tranquillity and well-being.

All local shops are located 10 minutes (7km) by car approximately (bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, supermarket, shops, restaurants...).

The large sandy beach (one of the few in Cap Corse) of Pietracorbara is 4 km away. Swimming, diving and other water activities possible.

Ideal for peaceful holidays with family or friends.



Able to accommodate up to 9 people, the house is located on 4500m2 of land, and spans 3 buildings, a main house and 2 outbuildings.



Main house:

- A bright living room with a comfortable lounge area and access to a terrace with a large, friendly dining table.

- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine...

- Bedroom 1: bed 180x190 or 2 beds 90x190.

- Bedroom 2: master suite with bed 160x190 or 2 beds 80x190 and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

- A shower room

- Separate WC



1st dependency:

- Room 3: bed 180x190 or 2 beds 90x190.

- Bathroom area with bathtub and toilet.



2nd dependency:

- Room 4: 160x200 bed

- Bathroom area with shower and toilet.



Exterior:

A fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table near the 1st outbuilding.

Several shaded terrace and garden spaces.

A flowering garden will be most pleasant in summer.

Large solarium fitted with a lounger and summer terrace.

A 9x3m swimming pool is available from June to September, not heated.

You will be welcomed by a trusted person on site.

The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.

Check-in and key handover are done directly at the establishment. To organize your arrival, we need to set up an appointment. An email with further instructions will be sent after reservation confirmation.

Cleaning and linen included in the rental. Ask to change the bed to 180 or 2 beds of 90 before your arrival.

Possibility of a home chef and boat rental, private yoga classes.

Sheets and towels provided.

Fully enclosed property with electric gate.

Pets accepted, but bathing them in the pool is prohibited.



Caution: 2000 pounds to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
