Gillade inte: Incheckning, kommunikation och annonsens riktighet
We arrived at 15:00 - check in is supposedly from 14:00. When we arrived - the apartment was a mess, the toilet had faeces stains in it, there were hairs everywhere and there was no linen or towels in sight. I had to message the host, who then asked us to leave the property for an hour whilst it was cleaned, as it was not ready - this was not communicated prior to this. There is no free parking near by despite advised by the host that there is free street parking - you have to walk around a kilometer up a hill to park. False advertisement! The electric is faulty!! On average - each day we were having to go down 2 flights of stairs, and then to the basement in the elevator to reset the tripping fuse 5 times. The host said this was down to 'using too many appliances at once', however, after turning all other appliances off apart from the stove - it was still continuously cutting off. There is no oven - this is falsely advertised. The water was dirty and brown also - meaning we had to go to the supermarket to buy water for cooking/washing dishes/personal care every single day. The property is incredibly dated and would be uncomfortable for more than 2 people to stay here. The pillows are paper thin! After checking out, I received an incredibly threatening phone call from the host - accusing us of breaking a window which we never touched nor opened, demanding that we pay her maintenance man to fix it, she was very rude and threatening and would not take no for an answer.
