This cozy apartment welcomes you with all the comfort you need for a dream vacation! 💫 It features a bedroom with a double bed 🛏️, a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a spacious modern bathroom 🚿. From the living room, you can access a terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Ligurian sunsets 🌅.

Equipped with air conditioning ❄️ for maximum relaxation even on the hottest days.

🚗 Public parking with a time disc (in a ZTL area) just 20 meters from the apartment! It’s free and convenient, but not assigned, so its use depends on availability 😊

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, without interruption!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00 AM): €40

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ PIEVE LIGURE is a charming village with a limited traffic zone (ZTL) in the historic center. If you decide to visit Pieve Ligure by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times. In any case, you'll find paid parking 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linens included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!

• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.

• Additional cost: €30 per stay.

• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• Please follow the recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
