âWe stayed there last weekend and we had an AMAZING time. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge owes me nothing!!! The facilities were clean and nice, the view was great, free breakfast was great the staff and locals were so friendly!!!! Thank you for a great experience we will be back!!!â

âThis was our second stay at The Inn on the River, and we will definitely be back. Having been going to Pigeon Forge for 25 years and staying in various places, we can say The Inn on the River makes you feel like family and as if you're at home. From the breakfast, cookies and popcorn to the rooms themselves, it was another great stay. Even though the geese outside our room loved honking 24/7, we adapted to them as they did to us. Love the location along the river and walkability to nearby shops...
âThe Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower was great, plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a minor issue with lights in the room. Only other issue was with the elevator. One in our party is handicapped and the elevator doors close really fast and hard before you can even get inside.â
âWe have stayed numerous of places along the line of pigeon forge, but this place tops them all. So nice, and clean, feels like home. And thereâs so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there. We visit pigeon forge several times throughout the year, and from now on this will be our favorite place to stay!! â
