Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the area with ease. Both cabins are located within Sequoia Heights Resort and are reserved exclusively for your group.



Approximate drive times:

• The Island in Pigeon Forge – 5 minutes

• Dollywood – 10 to 15 minutes

• Great Smoky Mountains National Park – 20 to 30 minutes

• Downtown Gatlinburg – 20 to 25 minutes



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in.

We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for others.

To keep the spaces fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping).

Pets are welcome with prior approval for a $100 fee per dog, per stay (paid separately).

These cabins are located within a developing resort community. As such, guests may experience occasional construction activity and related noise during normal daytime working hours. We have reflected this in our pricing and appreciate your understanding.

We kindly ask guests not to flush sanitary products, wipes, paper towels, or other non-toilet paper items to help keep everything running smoothly.

Child Safety Notice:

Our cabins welcomes families with children. Please note that the cabin 1 features indoor and outdoor staircases, elevated decks, and water amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool, hot tub, decks, and stairs

Pool & Hot Tub Policy:

Due to Tennessee regulations, the hot tubs are drained and refilled after each stay and may take a few hours to reach the desired temperature after check-in.



Pool chemicals are regularly used to keep the water clean and safe. Guests use the pool and hot tubs at their own discretion. No lifeguard is on duty—please supervise children and inexperienced swimmers at all times. Pool surfaces may be slippery when wet. No diving, running, or glass containers in the pool area.
