Welcome to the Hillside Chalet, a new cabin, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by woods, stream, with large, easy parking, less than 1 mile to the Pigeon Forge city center & the Parkway via easy roads, 3 miles to Dollywood, 7 miles to downtown Gatlinburg.

We offer 2100 sq ft of living space, complete with 3 Spacious Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 5 smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a game room. Our cabin sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. A sofa bed is available in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations.

ᴍᴀɪɴ ʟᴇᴠᴇʟ: the living room with a coffee table and comfortable seating (a queen sofa bed) with a 50-inch Roku TV. This is the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch a movie. The spacious and well organized kitchen with counter space that can be used for dining that can seat 4 and the dining area with a dining table for 6. And if you’re a foodie, you’ll adore the fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals.

You’ll have a blast playing games with your friends and family. On the second floor the cabin also has a laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom closet.

➥ Parking: Easy, flat, plentiful parking for 4 vehicles
➥ Porch: Self check-in with smart lock, rocking chairs, wooded view
➥ Patio: gas grill, electric fireplace, outdoor furniture, 4 person hot tub (Dreammaker EZ Spa)
➥ Outback: wooded view, lawn, fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs, a park style large charcoal grill (charcoal is not provided).


➥ Starter pack of supplies: Our cleaning company provides linen, bath towels, and a starter pack of supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar of soap, small shampoo for each bathroom, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge, one roll of paper towels, small liquid dishwashing soap, 2 dishwasher pods, ground coffee pack, one small laundry packet, a few trash bags. Additionally, we supply the cabin with kitchen soap, bath soaps, large containers of laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, large rolls of aluminum foil and plastic wrap, trash bags, toilet paper, and some cleaning supplies. We do not supply charcoal or beach towels for the hot tub. Please be prepared to buy extras of the supplies mentioned and supplies that are not mentioned above.

ɪᴍᴩᴏʀᴛᴀɴᴛ ɴᴏᴛᴇꜱ:
We want to be upfront about a few things:

🆂🅴🅲🆄🆁🅸🆃🆈 🅲🅰🅼🅴🆁🅰🆂: For your safety and ours, there are two security cameras on the property, to the left of front and back doors, with no view of the hot tub, for your privacy.
🅸🅳: The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 and must be present during the stay. No third party bookings are allowed. Government issued ID may be required at check-in to verify the age requirement.

It's very important to us to be respectful to our neighbors and not host any disruptive parties and to be able to keep the cabin allergy-friendly for ourselves and future guests.
