Fireplace did not work. I had assumed that we would have at least one handicapped bathroom but we did not, I had to take a sponge bath because I could not use the tub. Over all we were not pleased and will book this unit again or recommend it to anyone,

Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Bedroom windows have lace curtains with blinds. May want to give a blackout curtain option for those sleeping in. The teenagers enjoyed the pool. Quiet area. Just 4 blocks away from the main road with all the attractions. Comfy living room furniture. We really enjoyed our time there.

Cozy Condo

The Condo was cozy and far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough to be accessible. It could really do with a serious facelift, much of the décor etc. was outdated and a little musty, but over all our needs were accommodated and it was worth the price. Great for families with children. The pool was small and the rough concrete cut the bottoms of their feet and knees but it was clean and sanitary. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. Overall, I would recommend and stay here again.

The place we stayed in was close to the attractions The rooms and carpet needed a really good cleaning The bed pillows need a protective covering, they had a bad oder and could not use them. It was well stocked with cheap paper towels and bath tissue.

The location of the condo was convenient to the parkway and quiet (despite construction going on next door). Condo itself has issues: Needs blinds on dining area windows, Needs heavier curtains instead of sheers, Major complaint was the mattress in both bed rooms needs replaced (worn out), really could use a ice maker in refrigerator, carpets need to be stretched and cleaned, 1st handicap parking spot close to building covered my truck with bird droppings. I'm by no means saying not to stay here it just has some issues that needs to be addressed to make it a excellent place to stay. Would stay again, Thank You

Dated unit

Overall this place was fine. Everything in the unit appeared outdated and a bit worn. The carpet was stretched out and appeared to be either worn or dirty at the most used/ high traffic areas. There were no lamps on one bedroom and the other bedroom had lamps but one lamp was missing a light bulb. Overall the location and size met our needs. Some fresh paint, some deep cleaning and a bit of updating in the decor would go a long way.

Colonial Crest 110

Condo was just as described. Clean, great location. Unfortunately it rained most of the week. With our planned schedule, we couldn't utilize the pool at all. The Island is walking distance. Many shops are accessible by walking or short drives. The unit next to us had a small dog that barked a lot. I was able yo contact that rental company. The walls are a bit thin.

Great location

It is located close to the strip, very quiet neighborhood. Very nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to get ready in. Kitchen was well equipped.

Just a short vacation

We decided to have a short trip out of town. This was the first time that I ever tried vrbo and I have to say that I am presently surprised. The check in process was very simple. The cleanliness of the unit was exceptional. The unit was very homey feeling. Overall I am very pleased.

Comfortable + spacious place with convenient location

The check in was easy and the directions we very direct for my family to find the condo! We loved how spacious the condo was for the 4 of us that stayed here. The kitchen did lack some easy cooking necessities like salt, pepper, and coffee filters that I think would be a nice touch to add! It was a great location to get to everything in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg easily! I recommend staying here for your next mountian vacation!

Excellent Stay

We loved staying here! It’s a nice location- tucked away off the main road, but close enough to walk to restaurants/shops/etc. The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The condo was clean and came with laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc, which we did not expect. There was plenty of space in the condo and the two bedrooms were both nice! We loved the jacuzzi! We would definitely stay here again.
