The shampoo dispenser’s button in the hallway bathroom was broken, the dispenser as a whole was empty. The first bedroom’s lamp in the back corner, furthest from the door, would not turn on. Everything else was fantastic! Relatively quiet save normal city noise, but that was still decently muffled! Overall we had a great stay, exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!

Unit was clean but kitchen was not equipped, beds were so hard our backs hurt that we had to use our air beds, and we felt nervous being the only ones in the building the whole time we were there. Location was good but the view was bad as we could only see the messy dirty pool in the front and an empty lot full of weeds in the back.

We enjoyed our visit! The codo was clean l. Check in was easy. It's a convenient location to the activities we went to. Just a short distance from Dollywood, The Track family park, many shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Would not recommend

Very very dirty. Day one our feet were black after walking around unpacking. Black mold on the shower curtain and around the shower. Vents very dusty so they blew out dust. Bedding smelled like smoke. Drawers had food crumbs and other debris piled in them. Garbage disposal left a horrible smell in the kitchen if you used the sink for water. Location of the condo was perfect though.

Perfect location for a family

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone had their own room, the location is walking distance from food, arcade, putt putt, shopping, and is one road off the main strip of pigeon forge. The pool is on the smaller side but still enjoyable and maintained daily. If you’re looking for a good rental for a family this is perfect, we will definitely stay here again.

Best getaway at pigeon Forge

Our host was absolutely perfect. Excellent communication extremely easy to check in, the accommodations was absolutely perfect, the condo was extremely clean and sanitized very beautiful.!!! Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, we walked to a lot of the places so it’s an excellent location. I would extremely highly recommend this place❣️❣️❣️ and every time I do go to pigeon Forge this will be the place. I will stay if it’s available.

Disappointing Stay

Several issues with the property. 1. Advertised a queen sized bed in the master suite. The mattress was a full sized mattress on a queen box. 2. There were several instances of what looked to be mold in the spare bathroom and on the box frame in the bedroom. 3. Bathroom was missing its air vent cover as well as its steam vent. My partner and I had to vacate due to a mold allergy. When informed the property manager explained that there was a no exceptions no refund policy. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect location!

This location can’t be beat. One street away from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. One road away from the winter light walking trail and can see them from the back windows. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need away from home. The pictures don’t show the updated furniture in the living room. We will definitely stay in this condo again. We have 4 children (12, 4, 3, and 2) and everyone has ample space to move around. Host was quick to answer any questions and very friendly. Don’t sleep on this hidden gem.
