  • This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is within walking distance from the heart of Pigeon Forge! You’ll be less than a mile away from Dollywood, The Island, Leconte Convention Center, and Cal Ripken Baseball Fields. You’ll also be within walking distance of Patriot Park and The Old Mill Restaurant.

    The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is only a 10 minute drive!

    This spacious home features 2 KING sized beds and 2 Queens. It has a game room with a pool table, foosball table, arcade, and board games! The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for a home cooked meal.

    The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, private sitting area with a futon, and a full bathroom with a walk in closet. Bedroom #2 features a KING sized bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom located in the hallway between bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #4 has a queen sized bed and is located off of the game room. There is also a futon in the game room.

We had a group of 8 for a family vacation and this house gave us the perfect location to be close to everything but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle. There was everything we needed at the house for dishes, entertainment and plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for our larger group.

Great location! And a nicely maintained home.

We have stayed at this property a few times thru the last 4-5 years. It’s a great location and a nice property always clean and in working order.The host is always very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem....to be as close to things as it is you would never it was there. We just spent a long weekend with mu family of 6, as well as brother, mother, and mother-in-law and let's just say for 9 of us we had plenty of room and did not have to worry about being all over each other. The check in was seamless and the space was very well kept and clean. Communication with host was a breeze and again, for a weekend Birthday trip for my Wife and Daughter to Dollywood the location was excellent....less than 10 min. Would highly recommend for larger groups either family or friends as there was plenty to do there and close by. We will be adding this one to the lust of return places. Thanks again for the space and hospitality.

We are regular visitors to the area. First time in a house in town. The home is older and renovated. There was plenty of space and the issues we had were resolved within 24 hours. Owner was onsite the next day, and completed necessary work that day. It’s a good value for the price.

I am not sure I can recommend this property enough in words. The location, comfort, cleanliness, communication, etc were perfect for us. We have a 5 year old that enjoyed the space to play, the game room, and appreciated being so close to everything.The owners contacted us prior to arrival to make us aware of some drainage issues that end up being on the cities end, but it was no hassle at all bc of their communication and the fact they were personally there to make sure our stay was pleasant. They were really good people that, in my opinion, went above and beyond. If you get the opportunity to stay here, you won’t regret it.
