Everything was great. I think the only complaint we had was there were only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only 1 extra trash bags, no extra sheets for the pull out bed, and only 5 towels. The house just need few extra stock for all this stuff plus extra blankets and pillows. Other than that all was really nice.

Late check in and not clean

Watch the price you are quoted on VRBO they will try to charge you more. Also we arrived at check in 4pm and the cabin was not ready. Called the office and was on hold with them for 45 minutes of silence (no letting us know they was even still working on it). Finally a lady showed up claiming to be the ‘inspector’ and wanted to say the cabin was the cleanest she’s seen. Every single towel was in the showers dirty. Lady put them in the washer and waited around for them to finish. There was still trash left in the trash cans she took out but did not leave us any new bags. After the lady left we found other things clearly showing us the cabin was not clean. Absolutely not a sheet of toilet paper. We went and bought our own because of how long it took for all the other issues to get resolved. VRBO does not automatically take your 2nd payment you have to jump through hoops with the actual rental company which kinda defeats the purpose. Very disappointing experience. Cabin has every opportunity to be a very nice place to stay just very poor management. Offered us $50 for the trouble… I feel like we should have got at least the whole cleaning fee back since that was not done.

Long story short, this place was a dump. Grill was broken and wouldn’t light, hottub was cold and broken, downstairs steam shower was broken, downstairs fireplace was broken, dining room table was broken and leaning hard, air hockey table was broken, pool table was leaning and missing balls. Called on the first night to request these things be fixed, was told they’d be there the next day. Nobody showed up to fix anything. Was offered 50 dollar refund and a coupon for returning visits. Almost a thousand dollar stay and 50 dollars and a 10% off coupon is all the compensation I received. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice cabin close to attractions

The property management team was easily accessible for any issues that came up during the stay. They quickly addressed concerns when contacted via telephone. I will say that I am used to having more direction for check-in, during the stay, and check-out than I received. For example, there were no exterior trash cans. There was no communication that we were supposed to transport the trash to a compactor or contact the property team to have trash pick-up arranged.
