Hotel is old, musty, smelly. From the front desk to the room.
Never stayed a single night but was for the complete reservation.
Checked in, went to the room and went right back to the lobby to cancel everything.
Contacted Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel staff approved the cancelation.
Staff assured us we were not going be charged with the exception of the first night.
Returned the keys, staffed reassured we would not be charged with the above exception. We never stayed a single night.
4 days later I was charged the complete amount. I was invoiced by Ramada and the charge was on my CCard.
I immediately returned to the hotel to question the charge. Two seperate employees attempted to refund my card but was unable.
The staff gave me the AGM card and assured me she was able to process the refund.
She would be in later in the day. I requested follow up via email and phone call.
I never received any follow up.
I called later in the day, I was told she was not able to take my call.
I emailed the AGM the next day. I outlined the situation and the conversations will all persons. In addition I outlined the expectations.
At this time there has been no action taken by the establishment. No refund or contact.
