Detta vackra hem ligger i Sherwood Forest, en gated resort gömd bort längs en underbar ridgeline med utan tvekan några av de bästa utsikten över Smoky Mountains och en säsongsöppen utomhuspool. Närheten till Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge Parkway och centrala Gatlinburg gör detta till det perfekta boendet för din Smoky Mountain-semester. A positive person

The daily bear sightings and the beautiful color of leaves this season were a highlight! BUT This place has been neglected way too long. From the sink hole in the king bed to the to kitchen amenities (dishwasher, toaster and flickering can light over the sink) to the lack of cleaning, this home and I’m sure other reviews have been ignored. Floors are visibly filthy. This home also needs blinds over the full glass doors that are right beside the windows that have blinds. I never leave bad reviews but this one couldn’t be overlooked. I left more details with the Vacasa property manager.

A nice family vacation

The listing is very accurate, we had a family vacation ranging from ages 11 months to 68 years old. We all had an amazing time and found the cabin to have accommodations for all of us. Even the dog! A few minor issues like cleanliness and a smelly dishwasher arised but nothing we needed to reach out to the property manager about. Location is fantastic. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. Would definitely stay again.

Cabin need la maintenance

The cabin was clean. But there was issues with water leaking into the kitchen when using upstairs bathroom. Also the hot tub was super hot and the temperature control was not working. Also even though all the rooms had TVs, none of them had Netflix app enabled.

Holly Berry Cabin rental

Cabin was beautiful, family loved it. Couple of minor things. Icemaker did not work. With 9 people eating, we needed a lot more dishwasher pods than what was provided. Can't speak for other beds but the one we used on the main floor sagged bad in the middle, needs a new mattress. Couldn't get DVD player to work which was a bummer as we had 3 grandchildren under age 10 with no way to play movies on rainy day. Some kid-friendly board games would be a good idea too. Luckily we brought a couple. May be a good idea to provide an instruction book with check in/check out, and area recommendations/coupons etc. also restaurants. We tried to leave cabin as we found it. It would be nice if Sherwood Forest had a playground for kids. We didn't use the pool, but did use the hot tub at the cabin several nights. Bears managed to open trash bin an hour before check out, but I picked everything up. Overall, we wouldn't hesistate to rent again.

Family Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family all met here for a little Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Very well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Good location, short drive to anything we wanted to do,

Bed Springs Bad

The location was very convenient and the decor was nice. I had guests leave early because the springs were sticking through the mattress and made sleep very difficult. The guests that stuck with us had very little sleep because of the beds being uncomfortable They need to be replaced. The plumbing fixtures are ancient and not secured well, the dishwasher did not clean very well and the refrigerator was extremely noisy. We won't be staying here again.

Very close to everything in the area. Great house for a family.

House cleaners had everything Neat and tidy. The bedroom downstairs needed a toilet paper rod for the holder. Also the lamp in the bedroom downstairs flickered from very bright to very dim. Hard to read at night. Would definitely come back again!

4th of july

We had 10 people total for our stay. The overall perception of our stay was good. But our 21 yr old son had to sleep on the pull out couch and was really uncomfortable even when we put 2 mattresses on one couch to sleep on. Ice maker made noise when we turned it in so we could have ice, cob webs on handrail of loft area, outlet faceplate broken in bedroom on 1st floor, basement bedroom could here the a/c unit vibrating. But overall very nice place, quite and relaxing cabin for family getaway. 20 minutes to Dollywood and many other things to do.

Every thing was excellent the cabin was really nice.

The only problem I have is we couldn't use the pool and the mattress in the master bedroom the cover was not clean.We washed the sheets and pillow cases and towels before we left the property and cleaned the floor

Place was dirty. Disappointing especially because of during Covid

Honestly gross. Wouldn’t stay again. Cute decorating and furniture but dirty dishes in cabinets ,dirty bedding and shower curtains and dirty hot tub. The whole place smelled like urine. All around a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend. Just a heads up pool is closed two days a week currently. Cleaning company really needs to do a better job for the price we paid :(.

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay in Hollyberry. Our only disappointment was that there really was no view. We also had some issues with the hot tub which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to using that. Otherwise, the cabin was really great. We had plenty of room for the seven of us and it was just as pictured online. Would recommend without reservation.

Tenn vacation after quarantine

Holly Berry cabin was excellent! Clean and spacious and had everything we were anticipating before we arrived. Communication with the rental co. was quick, thorough, and made our stay easy. We love visiting Tenn and this cabin was in a great location and close to all the activities that we wanted to do!
