✅ We do not allow pets, parties, smoking indoors, drugs, or weapons on the property. Max of 16 people at all times.
✅ We do not offer cable but rather high-speed internet for streaming.
✅ Security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
✅ A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. You will receive information about the rental agreement, security deposit, and optional travel insurance via email and platform messaging after booking.
