“This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”

“Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.”

“This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient.”

“I liked how the room was decorated and put together.
There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand.
Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one.
I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”
