Mycket "smäck".ex.trasiga handdukshängare,en helt trasig,en hängde på trekvart.Samma sak med toarulleupphängaren!Dessutom LÄMNADES ALLTID balkongdörren öppen,av städerskan ???Varför då behöva lås ??Och ingen hiss klar!!!Vi bodde högt upp,fick varje dag gå 172,stora,trappsteg, till vårt rum !! Personalen bra, städningen bra.Dock långt ifrån något femstjärnigt. Vem har klassat detta hotell med fem stjärnor ??”
