“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

“Everything we needed was great! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful! Did have a problem with MAPS in location but not the fault of the hotel. It took us off 35 and onto a gravel road and returned us to 35 to get us there! The gravel road scenery was beautiful though! Good belly laugh after a long day of travel! Would stay there again if needed!”

“Clean room. Had to wait about 10 minutes before I could check in. I was the only one checking in.”

“We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off.
