“Almost a 10!! I rarely give a 10, but this was a great property, fairly new, so everything was clean and in good condition. Excellent breakfast with some changes every day. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms and beds comfortable. Only downside was the pool wasn’t usable after our first day. ”

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed.
Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business.
Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...
