  • Detta solbelysta, arkitektoniska prisbelönta hus är ett 4-bädds 3-badrum med plats för upp till 12 (i sängar). Ligger vid sjön Pokegama (1500 tunnland) en timme och tio minuter norr om Minneapolis och innehåller 4 lugna tunnland med 2 dammar, skogar, gott om vilda djur, brasa, två kajaker och flytvästar. Den grunt sandiga botten sjön är bra för bad. Fyra-delad brygga perfekt för solbad eller fiske. Plus hyra av ponton (extra avgift).

    Huset vetter mot väster för underbara solnedgångar och har ett stort familjerum med två våningar sten spis (gas) och anpassade fönster i hela. Stor köksö med diskbänk och matplats. Stort däck med skuggat avsnitt. Pokegama Lake ansluter till Cross Lake via Snake River för rolig båtliv. Bra vandring i Banning State Park. Lokala middagsklubbar och Snake River Fur Post i närheten.

    Två sovrum på bottenvåningen med walk-in badrum kommer att inkludera en kung i en och två drottningar i den andra. På övervåningen sovrum kommer att innehålla två två våningssängar i en och en tvilling över full i den andra.

    Kom och njut av norra Minnesota-upplevelsen strax utanför städerna.

    Inga bröllop, ungkarl / bachelorette-fester eller andra högljudd fest som går in på natten.

Great place for our group to stay. Loved the beautiful setting, views, and the nature. Nice outdoor spots. The living room and adjacent dining table were perfect for our gathering. We had a utility issue that was not the fault of the owner, and he handled it quickly and professionally. We were pleased all around.

Beautiful home on the shore of Lake Pokegama. We had 12 adults with us, so were really happy with the "living/dining/cooking" central space. Would love to stay here another time for the holiday family gathering. Don't forget to drive up to Tobie's for a caramel/cinnamon roll and over to Burnett Dairy for cheese and ice cream and more. Host was very communicative and helpful with any questions during our stay.

Great Family Time

Overall everything was great! The location is amazing, the view looking over the balcony is amazing as well and the kids had so much fun! Also, the host responded to everything we asked right away! We will definitely will rent this place again!

Family gathering

We had a family gathering with 7 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the space, both insider and outside, and the lake was shallow so perfect for the kids. The maple table was beautiful and large enough for everyone to eat together.

Lakeside in winter

Very roomy. Good for family thanksgiving. Great outdoor space, nice for dogs and a dead end lane to walk with no traffic. Would come back in the summer, bet it’s great then.

Great stay

The house is spotless and super easy to navigate. The communication is excellent, and I always get a quick response to my questions. They’re really accommodating, too, with early check-in and late checkout options. There’s even enough parking space for my boat, and I can even charge it there. If you’re looking for a cozy mini getaway, I highly recommend this place!

Heat wasn’t fully working and it was extremely cold upstairs and anywhere away from the fireplace. Door locks were hard to get opened on the deck patio door. The upstairs bunk beds having the mattresses on the floor wasn’t ideal. Besides those issues it was a nice cozy house.

Winter get away

Beautiful house just like the pictures show. We loved all those windows and all the light. Lots of snow was expected and we were assured ahead of time we wouldn’t be stuck his service was there right after the storm and even came back a second time!. Yes we’d rent again. Thanks Andrew.

The checkin process was good. The door was unlocked. The cabin was hot, but once we figured out the air conditioning it was very pleasant. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was very user friendly. Lots of bathrooms which is a plus. The lake was pretty green! We braved it and went swimming anyway. Lots of fun memories were made!!

Kid friendly lake

Great sleeping arrangements. The 2 bunk bed rooms were perfect to separate the boys and girls. The lake was shallow so we didn’t have to worry much about the children and life jackets. Went 100 feet out from shore and water was only 4 feet deep.

Family

We had a good weekend but the house needs a serious cleaning. From the ovens to the dusty floors and blinds. The manager was great with responding to us about an issue we had. Very roomy and relaxing for our large family.

Spacious inside and outside

Nice place to stay. Very spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Great fire pit! Love the huge dining room table. Lots of wildlife. Ceiling fans, floor fans and air conditioning made the place stay nice and cool! Best part for us was they allowed dogs!! Thank you for having us!

Wish we would have been told that the lake was totally green due to a fertilizer spill earlier, so there was no fishing unless you made the trip down snake river to cross lake, bathing water was a lite brown so we had to buy drinking water for cooking and drinking to be sure it was safe for young toddler , , every thing else was nice

The location was great - we loved the view and the yard had a great fire pit with plenty of chairs and lots of firewood. The dock was in good condition and pleasant to fish off of. If we forgot anything the town of Pine City was less than a 10 min. drive.The cabin was spacious on the main level. A great room with a big tv and fireplace was comforting on a cold rainy day. Two bedrooms are on the main level, each with their own full bathroom. One has a King size bed, the other has 2 Queen size beds. This level also has a 3rd full bathroom.The upstairs has 2 smaller bedrooms that are kind of cramped with bunk beds. There is no bathroom on this level.There were lots of board games and puzzles and even darts to play inside. Outside there were 2 kayaks, a volleyball net, corn hole, horseshoe pits, badminton racquets and birdies, a volleyball and a variety of life jackets.The beds and bedding were very comfortable! And the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes - we only missed having a coffee grinder so into town we went to get ground coffee.The place is appropriately named as there was a Blue Heron sitting on the dock the morning of our departure.

Very pleasant stay

We went with a couple of family friends and all had kids between 5-10 years old. Has a nice big yard with plenty of room for the kids to play games and run around. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was really nice how the owner provided firewood. We brought our fishing boat that we were able to tie to the dock and had some great catches! And best of all, it was only an hour north of us making it an easy drive for the kids :) we would come back for sure.

Family Christmas

Great location for a large family gathering. While we went in the winter, we got the full winter wonderland experience with tubing and playing on the frozen lake. They have a wonderful deck with a grill that we did utilize. We missed out on the opportunity to use the inviting firepit but opted for the cozy fireplace inside. The house comes with everything you need to make yourself at home, and stores and groceries are less than a 10-minute drive. Definitely worth braving the cold for these Floridians.

Family Vacation

We booked this property for a family vacation, it was a good layout where everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. There was good notes, communication and check-in process was very easy. The only negative on this property was that it could seriously use some TLC (tender loving care). There were weeds grown up on the stairs, things were damaged from previous tenants and could use a seriously deep clean.
